Ideal apartment for a person who wants a short stay in Mardel. The best location, it has everything nearby, warehouse, laundry, kiosk, greenery, up to a wester union! A metros De Olavarría and 1 block from Güemes, all means of transport available. Hosts always attentive to needs. Thank you so much.

We had a really good time, we went with our b***h and everything was super practical since the patio is large and well fenced. The grill and pool are to take advantage of! The house is just as you can see in the photos, very nice! clean and comfortable. We were greeted by Manuela (Julía's sister) she was very clear and communicative, she even allowed us to stay a little more past check out! It's definitely to come back!

Very nice place, ready for everyone to be comfortable and attention to details. It has a lot of plugs, very full kitchen and grill and aylen a genius. Maybe the area is a bit far from the center and the coast but it is very quiet.

Beautiful apartment! Just like the photos, super clean and with all the amenities (towels, sheets, coffee maker, toaster). It has a small patio with a grill and the necessary items for cooking. The wifi works great (I came to work and throughout my stay it worked great). Parking space at the door, a service station on the corner where you can find ice, charcoal and more. Luján is divine, with all the directions and easy access when entering and leaving. I will definitely be staying here again next time!

The apartment is very nice and spacious, as shown in the pictures. It has an incredible view and is in a downtown area with a possibility to move on foot everywhere. Also nearby there are pantries, washing machine, bars, restaurants, etc. Highlight is the 24-hour security of the building with a doorman who is attentive to the entrances of each. Very comfortable for 5 people, except for the armchair-bed in the living room but Mariano and Renata were attentive to our restlessness and reached us an extra mattress. I recommend the apartment, we had a great stay of a week!

The apartment is just as advertised in the photos. For us, the security on both balconies and the garage was something that weighed heavily in the decision to rent because we have a small baby. The place has an ideal location, near the Hotel Provincial but also near Güemes. The kitchen is very complete (we don't cook but we had utensils available in case we wanted to). The pool is heated and it was something we didn't know, so it was a pleasant surprise and we were able to enjoy it quite a bit. To be repeated, no doubt. Thank you, Fernando!

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need to have a great vacation. It has spectacular views from anywhere, 24-hour security and the heated pool is beautiful. Good location, close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Below you have a store that has everything and at a good price. Carlos is a good host, he responds quickly and gives you recommendations for places to visit. We would definitely come back.

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.
