Xavier's appartment is exactly in the center of town, right where you want to be. We were walking distance from great restaurants, the musée des beaux arts, etc. We loved our stay and all the nice furniture and decorative touches in his place.

Location, size, and amenities are excellent!! This is a cozy Airbnb in a perfect location. It’s in a historic building but inside it has been updated to include all modern amenities. My daughter and I felts very comfortable and safe. The bed is super comfortable and bathroom is a nice size. The host was very proactive in their communication of how to enter and recommendations of things to do and eat in the area. The three flights of stairs are very doable unless you have a disability, or you brought heavy luggage. You will be walking and going up and down flights regardless within the area of Lyon.

The apartment is nice and comfortable. It’s a nice old building, the decoration is charming and everything worked well. The location is very good: close to the station for arrival and departure of our daughter, on a nice square with a metro station but also walking distance to the Rhone. The weather was good so we did most of the sightseeing by foot. We had a great stay, thanks Julie! I’d warmly recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment is a little quirky but feels very French, like you’re staying in someone’s home. The view is absolutely stunning! The bed and linens are very comfortable and we slept well. The location is very walkable and there are plenty of great restaurants, groceries and pharmacies nearby. A great jazz club, Hot Club Jazz Lyon, is literally behind the apartment. Just be aware that sleeping with the window open, needed while we were there over Easter weekend, can be very noisy with partying youngsters and very loud cars and motorcycles. Earplugs helped. We had a wonderful time in Lyon and highly recommend the apartment if you’re looking for an authentic experience.

Great value for money for the place . In addition, the concierge who manages the accommodation is very responsive and pleasant. The different balconies are nice to use and the building is quiet. i had the bad idea to forget my coat in the place and they take care of sending me back within the week. While I usually prefer hotels, this Airbnb made me change my mind! Very nice apartment very well renovated, super functional, very large bathroom with huge bathtub. Indisputable cleanliness. All in the heart of the historic center of Lyon with its good restaurants, cultural points... 2 things to note that can be important depending on the guests: it is a 4th floor without an elevator (period stairs, narrow) and no stovetop so either we order to take away or have lunch/dine outside.
