Our host, who greeted us when we checked in, explained everything necessary with a smiling face. Everything was thought out to the finest detail for the comfort of the guests in the house, and it had a very nice location. It was a great experience from start to finish! I will choose it again.

As soon as we entered the garden with my husband and children, we were at peace. The house is very clean and convenient and has everything you need. The children swam in the pool while we barbecue, cooking marsmallows while enjoying the cinema by the fire. We spent a lot of time in the garden and ended the night with the pleasure of the hot tub. We were very happy that a 1-night holiday was so full. We had the chance to spend time at the lake the next morning, and we will come back as soon as possible, thank you for everything.

We had an unforgettable stay at Ayse Hanim and Cemal Bey’s villa in Iznik. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us like family, filling the void of being away from loved ones. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. The villa itself is a hidden gem, nestled between lush olive groves and the serene lake, offering breathtaking views and a perfect escape into nature. We even brought our dog, who enjoyed the spacious, tranquil surroundings as much as we did. This place provided more than just a stay—it gave us beautiful, lasting memories. Highly recommended for anyone seeking both peace and connection!

A place where you can be in touch with nature. The house had everything from a dishwasher to air conditioning. The view from Orhangazi- Iznik road to the house is also great. Iznik and Orhangazi districts are also quite close. For those who do not have private vehicles, public transportation vehicles are very close to the location of the house. The hot spring will be opened soon, and we were a little relaxed in the nearby little hot spring. I look forward to coming back.

Ms. Ayşe was very caring, very friendly. Thanks to them, they took care of everything we needed. We went with our dog, he had a private garden and a very nice well-maintained garden. We want to go at a better time and take a walk by the lake. They built a fire corner in the garden, which was very enjoyable. Very close to Istanbul, the roads are very pleasant and comfortable. The house was spotless and had everything and even more that might be needed for a stay. We've spent two very peaceful days. Right next to the lake, you can take a walk and enjoy the calm.
