Cozy & quiet with big terrace & mountain views

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Lovingly and comfortably furnished, former artists' workshop on a spacious meadow property and in a great location with open views of Mount Ifen and the Gottesackerplateau. The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The Ferienwohnung offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really relax. In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave oven, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sledges, etc. can be parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you.
