The property was easy to find and check into. Location was perfect, quiet with lots of coffee shops right outside and restaurant/shops at a short walking distance. The flat was clean, sofa bed made up for us and spacious enough for 4 people. We didn’t really use the kitchen but everything was provided if we were to cook a meal. We requested a full length mirror which was provided, thank you. Definitely recommend for a stay in Brussels.

The apartment is fantastic. More beautiful than the pictures show. Lots of space and lots of amenities in the kitchen. And within walking distance to the center. There is a front bedroom on a busy road. Bring earplugs because a lot of street noise (tram, buses, sirens) The two other rooms are very very quiet. And three bathrooms which is ideal. Definitely recommended!! And next time I would stay here again!

Thank you so much for everything. How can I explain this house.. it is the masterpiece, the decoration, house it self, location , and owner himself !!! Lovely person , so welcoming , he drop off fresh bakery in the morning, my brother was very happy hihi It is so closed to everything, I would say the location is more for local , cozy atmosphere but very fashionable and lots of shops and restaurants around !!

The apartment was wonderful. Close to restaurants, shops, tourists spots, yet still quiet and private. The place could use a deep clean but it was not dirty by any means. The bed and couch were super comfortable. Marcelo was very responsive when we had questions and very quick to respond. Would definitely book here or with him again in the future.

I stayed ten very pleasant days at Anna's place. It is a typical old Brussels house (the apartment is on the first floor), but the apartment is modernly renovated and very comfortable (the pictures show very well how it actually is). The street is super-calm during the night, the area is a safe, largely residential quarter, but the prémetro stop to e.g. city centre and main station is just a few minutes walk away. Shops, supermarkets etc for daily needs also within walking distance. Chatelain quarter with restaurants and bars is about 15 minutes walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with quite a few thoughtful amenities in kitchen and bathroom. Check-in and check-out were very easy even though I arrived quite late in the evening (Anna welcomed me in the apartment and showed me around). She is easily reachable and responds very quickly. Totally recommendable!

The booking and communications were seamless, an easy tram ride from the Eurostar terminal which dropped you within 500 metres of the apartment. The apartment was central as you can get, surrounded by restaurant’s. lovely spacious apartment, with everything we wanted.

We cannot speak highly enough of Sabri and Nadya. They made us so very welcome and made the stay an absolute pleasure. The location is a short taxi ride from the town centre, which for us was perfect. Once we arrived and entered the apartment we were delighted with the accommodation. Two large bedrooms, gorgeous shower room and well equipped kitchen with a dining area. The lounge was comfortable and opened up onto a fabulous balcony area. This is part covered and part open, so perfect for any weather. The woodland views are beautiful, providing a perfect and tranquil place to relax. We would certainly recommend the apartment and would stay here again. Many thanks both.
