Die Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Wir selbst bewohnen das Erdgeschoss sowie Obergeschoss. Unsere Mieter haben den Vorteil, dass wir sehr gut live ansprechbar sind & dennoch großen Wert auf eure Privatsphäre legen! Uns ist wichtig, dass ihr euch wohl fühlt. Die Gebühr für Haustiere beträgt pro Tier 20,00 Euro. Seit Neustem bieten wir von einer jungen Künstlerin in der Wohnung Bilder an. Alles was hängt oder steht, kann erworben werden. Gratis Begrüßung Getränke sowie Kaffee, Zucker, Kondensmilch stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Wir haben eine kleine Ecke eingerichtet, wo ihr auch Getränke zum Selbstkostenpreis erwerben könnt. Ihr spart euch dadurch den Gang in den Supermarkt.
