The apartment was the perfect base for exploring Catania. The location is unbeatable as everything is at walking distance, and yet outside of the turistic area. Lots of things to do and try nearby, especially in the market. It really gives you a glance at the authentic sicilian everyday life. But what truly sets this place apart is the kidness of the host. Nausicaa is very friendly and understanding, very responsive to our needs and she really helped us through an unexpected event. Would highly recommend this apartament and would love to come back!

It was a cozy and modern space where the host felt a lot of affection for the accommodation! Paolo was a really super kind person: (We arrived on the night train and arrived quite early, but right before the people met us before they even checked out, and they helped us check in after that: (They were so kind and thankful that we were so sorry. Roberto welcomed us very warmly, the house is very clean and cozy and there is a great restaurant nearby, there is a church near the house with a very beautiful view, highly recommended, if I return to Sicily next time, I will choose to stay in this house again!

We stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend. Paola was very responsive from the moment we made the booking. She also assisted with restaurant recommendations. Her father - who stays just below - was incredibly helpful and friendly! He offered us some home made sweets which is part of their cultural celebration of Easter and made us feel at home and welcome.

Giuseppe was one of the most kindest & most helpful hosts I’ve ever met. He was there for us from our initial booking up until when we checked out. He was flexible with us checking in & departing which really helped us with our travel plans. He took time out of his busy schedule to meet us at the apartment which made it easier for us. The property has parking & is on the 4th floor & has a lift which we used on several occasions. When using the lift we met some of the neighbours who were lovely & very friendly. The apt itself is very big & some rooms are locked (no problem) & we still had the choice of using 2 of the bedrooms. The balcony was also spacious & we could see Mount Etna in the background whilst drinking a glass of wine in the sun. We stayed in Central Catania at the beginning of our trip & as this property was a 20 min walk away it was still great as we explored different places. There is a Metro nearby along with cafes, supermarkets & local restaurants which we used.

We loved Marikla's place. It was only ten minutes to Ortigia and there was plenty of parking, and right across from a grocery store. There was a beautiful bike path with stunning views of the sea. Three bedrooms were perfect for us and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also great to have two full bathrooms!

Great stay! The accommodation is too cute and its host is very nice! It is ideally located in the heart of Catania, in a neighborhood where you feel safe, close to everything within a 5-min walk. It was very clean, ideal for a couple or two friends. Recommended 🌸

Silvia was very responsive and helpful with all matters. The place was spacious and perfect for us ( 2 kids and 2 adults) The location is great and super central and the available parking a necessity when you have a car.

We had a lovely stay in this accommodation. We visited Sicily during the off season and still had great warm weather. We were welcomed by Angelo and Saro who showed us the accommodation. Both were in contact with us over messenger and gave us many tips on nice beaches and restaurants. The accommodation was very clean with a lovely interior. We had a place to park our car right beside the door. You can take your breakfast on the beach, just walk over the street and you are there. Keep in mind that the street ist right beside the accommodation and the cars drive quite fast so it can be a little louder. Thank you for the stay!

Our favorite place that we have stayed in Sicily. A retreat from the busy cities but close enough to go and see tourist attractions, the beach and eat wonderful food. We loved sitting quietly and reading as well as walking around the home and of course, the outdoor bbq. Perfect place to eat bbq sunset meals and listen to nature. We felt well cared for, the cottage had everything we needed, recommendations were excellent. Make sure to visit the bakery in Santa Rita! Caltanisetta was also a welcoming and beautiful place. Thank you so much, we hope to return and stay much longer!

We were really happy to have booked Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place during our trip to Sicily! We planned to visit mount Etna and avoid the crazy traffic and noise of the bigger cities that we had been experiencing in Sicily , so the place was a perfect choice as it is around 30m by car to it. It is also accessible to visit Taormina and Siracusa. The house is extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, beautifully decorated and clean! The hosts are very kind and responsive, we ended up taking longer for our check in than planned and they were supper accommodating towards us. We recommend Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place for your Sicily trip!

This is my second time to stay here and I truly love it. Graziella and Alessandro are the perfect hosts and make you feel very welcome. They respond swiftly to all communication. We very much appreciated the bowl of lemons and white wine! Thank you both. The views are amazing and the balcony is the spot to be for the beautiful sunrises and breakfast. The walk up is steep but as others say, it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to others.

It was a great stay. I was able to walk to the place from the airport, check in was super easy too. A close walk to the beach and not too far from the main city. Was perfect for a solo traveler weekend trip. It had all the amenities listed and looked exactly like the pictures.

We loved our stay here! This place is better than the photos - such a unique layout, and beautifully decorated. The views from the terrace are amazing! We found it walkable to everywhere we wanted to go in Ragusa. Biagio went above and beyond as a host - very friendly and responsive, and gave very clear instructions. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

this is a spacious, homely flat with a great shower and comfortable bed. views are great and the terrace is wonderful (what a shame it rained every day - we only managed two breakfasts and an afternoon read and rest for an hour). hope you have better luck with the weather. bathroom us great with a strong and large shower. bed is comfortable. for me a fab. feature us the bedroom which is totally dark with the types of blinds. (you can choose to have it lighter). friendly host, clear instructions. try the Japanese restaurant (in am underground complex next to the little tower in tge garden opposite caffe epoca. Nobushi - lovely staff, terrific food! short walk to Gslatea metro which takes you into the centre and short walk to Catsnia Europa station where you can get a train to Taormina (trains are cheap, clean and comfortable (amd yoi can buy tickets on train line so super easy!)

We stayed 7-nights and found Marco's apartment was spacious, had a properly furnished living room, a separate dining room with a table set for 10 adults, and a well-equipped kitchen. Its location, just a 5-to-10 minute walk from most Histórico attractions, is excellent for visitors intent on exploring Catania's urban center. The inclusion of a dedicated parking space in a nearby parking lot is an absolute bonus. A 2-person elevator eases access to the 3rd floor apartment. The expansive apartment is capable of accomodating 1-to-3 couples. The 1st sleeping area is a huge private room with windows that open onto the street, the 2nd sleeping space is an open loft that's perched above the living room area, and the 3rd sleeping space is on an upper floor and is accessed by climbing a narrow spiral staircase. While we absolutely enjoyed observing the sometimes raucous urban life that unfolded every evening below the apartment, some guests may find it difficult to sleep.

Wonderfull little apartment in the middle of Catania, walking distance from all the ”must see’s”, train and busses. 20 min from the airport. Perfect for two people, hanging out in the ciry or go around by train in the rest of Sicily! Really good hosting and made our stay even more fantastic!

We dealt with Nicolo’s mother Elisa - a more lovely person you will not meet. She was friendly, communicative, proactive and just a genuinely nice person. Veronica was a great host! She was very communicative and provided helpful instructions. It took us a little bit to figure out the locks on the doors, but that was just an operator error on our part - just mentioning it to say that if you don't think it's working at first, just keep trying and you'll figure it out. The space was fantastic! Everything was clean and as expected. The two terraces were absolutely perfect, the best outdoor space of our whole trip! The location was also great. Walking distance to the city center and many of the local sights. It was also very quick and easy to get to the airport after our stay. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Catania and highly recommend it for anyone when they visit!

Alberto was a fabulous host. His apartment was as described and he greeted us on arrival and explained where we were in relation to the sights. He gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants, told us where the supermarket was, explained how to use the washing machine and was very friendly. The apartment was very clean and we loved the two balconies.

We spent two nights with our 3 children in a heavenly place. The sea view is extraordinary and the welcome was warm. The Valley of Temples is 40 minutes from the house. The sea is a 15-minute walk away. This place is a little gem. We recommend 100%💕
