Great spot to stay for a few days in İstanbul. Clean, well equipped, and secure. Would recommend for anyone needing to be on the Asian side.

Good experience, I will book it next time. Value/money and the view to the sea! I like the location as it is closed to the running/walking path along the seaside. Parking was not always easy, but manageable to find (up to 5 walking minutes away). I saw bus stop, but did not use - cannot judge. Next to the house there is to a shopping mall, if you need something, lots of restaurants, for the grocery shopping better use delivery service, though there is a (expensive) supermarket in the mall. Internet connection was stable to work, but it is not suitable for the remote work as only has a small tea table. We had a little hiccup with the entrance magnet card, but our host sorted out it quickly with the security team. Note: read carefully description: things which are not listed are missing, do not assume it is there (like clutter and toilet paper), though it would be good to include it. Gym is 20 EUR for 1 time.

Un superbe appartement, très joli, spacieux et lumineux ! Il est parfaitement équipé avec tout plein d’accessoires pratiques. La résidence est top : restaurant juste en bas, accès à la salle de sport, à la piscine et au sauna. En plus, c’est sécurisé et très calme. Un vrai coup de cœur, je recommande sans hésiter !

Özellikle Fuat Bey çok ilgili ve alakalıydı. Saat farketmeksizin ulaşabiliyorsunuz. İhtiyaç ve istekler konusunda daha iyi olunamazdı. Konaklama kusursuzdu. Aradıpım her şey hatta daha fazlası dairede mevcuttu. Yolum düşerse ilk tercihim olacak yerler listesine memnuniyetle ekledim. Kendisine her şey için teşekkür ediyorum.

Herşey eksiksiz ve çok iyidi aradağınız herşey mevcut kendimi evimdeymişim gibi hissettim sadece giriş daha kolaylaşabilir lobiden her girdiğimde teyit amaçlı soru soruluyordu ama güvenliği temizliği ve malzeme çokluğu çok memnun etti hiç bir şey eksik değildi hemen bi alt kattada migrosun olması çok iyi herşey ulaşılabilir. tereddüt etmeden kalabilirsiniz.

Bina toplu taşımaya çok yakındı, park yeri sorunu da yoktu. Evin içi de fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi temiz ve düzenliydi.

It was great experience, the apartment is amazing, very clean and good in spaces. Easy access and calm neighbourhood. Mr. Mustafa is very nice , cooperative and helpful. He made my stay in Istanbul just perfect !

Erfan war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar für Fragen. Die Lage war ideal und es gab viele nette Extras, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben (z. B. Shampoo, Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett ect Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
