I highly recommend Guff's home to couples or anyone who wants to enjoy his vacation in Istanbul. Cozy and calm house, great neighborhood, easy access to stores, restaurants, shops, coffeehouses, bars,.. or any place you can think about. Guff and his lovely mom are so sweet and helpful, their hospitality is on other level. I will definitely go back each time i will be in Istanbul.

This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

A very beautiful apartment and the coolest view of every night you spend

We now stayed for the second time in this beautiful apartment with the magnificent view of the Bosphorus and can only recommend it! The landlords are great! We look forward to our next visit to Istanbul!

Location was great, near Marmaray ( 8 Min by foot) We walked several times to the Mall called Floria Aquarium ( 40 min by Foot) or 2 Staions by Marmaray) Very nice Balcony with perfect view..

the place is fairly enough good , wasnt really calm there was a dog that kept parking right below the windows day and night it was irritating ( the dog is constantly there ) also the apartments so close to each other so u could hear neighbors doors close and open and such .. the place was clean and the view of the windows is really cute , very easy check in and out , very responsive when we needed help, the location isnt really good .

Everything was organized smoothly for a late check-in at 11pm. Clean, and spacious studio with jacuzzi that almost everyone else mentions here in reviews. It was very cool to soak there and relax after sightseeing. All in all, it’s a nice studio in a good location for sightseeing on foot or taking public transport to other places. Lovely views!

The location was very easy to get to central. Mr. Coskun gave all the instructions in advance and we had no problems. It was very clean, as seen in the pictures, we stayed with great pleasure. From now on, when I traveled to Istanbul, it was a place I would prefer again, thank you very much again.
