Mi familia y yo pasamos una noche en el departamento, es espacioso y perfecto para viajes familiares. Las instrucciones son claras para llegar al lugar. Cuenta con estacionamiento en caso de que hayas rentado automóvil. El aeropuerto esta prácticamente cerca (15 min).

Departamento acogedor y en gran ubicación, a solo 10 minutos de zona colonial . Es tal como se ve en las fotos ,el condominio tiene bastante seguridad lo que se agradece . Sin duda lo recomendamos .

After making this my home for just over a year now, José Luis' place has grown into me over time, and I'll confess that I'm infatuated with this hidden jewel of a stay, because although I had many living conditions considerations, and aspirations, I've found myself using this place as my headquarters, as I continue exploring the rest of this beautiful country. Having José Luis and his loving family as hosts makes all the difference! Totally worthy experience!

Staying at Casa Erzulie in Zona Colonial was such a treat! The place was super cozy, cool, and had such a nice vibe with its beautiful decoration. After days of traveling, it was amazing to have some quiet time here, yet still be so close to everything. I loved starting my mornings with a walk on the Malecón, which is just 2 minutes away, and even got to catch the sunrise—absolutely stunning! The location is perfect, close to landmarks and great restaurants, so there was always something to do. One of my favorite parts was relaxing by the small pool—it was the perfect way to unwind. And having access to a laundry machine was such a bonus after being on the road for a while. Stephanie’s place really felt like a home away from home, and I’d 100% stay here again!

Joel is a great host he has great communication skills and will always make sure everything is up to part and you have a great time definitely a 10/10 I would highly recommend someone to him if they looking for something that is nice and affordable I had a great time and will definitely be back👌🏿

This was a great homebase for us to do our work and also see some art in the historical zone. We usually stay in the colonial zone proper, but since the streets are all ripped up, we decided to try. Ciudad nueva. We really liked going for walks along the. Malecón , there are a lot of nice plazas, parks, some monuments in Spanish ruins, all within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and we really enjoyed. Also the back patio. The apartment has very good ventilation and there was a nice breeze.

I loved the location and the cleanliness! To this date my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed at! Highly recommend this apartment.

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Enjoyed my stay at the Casita Colonial. The apartment was as advertised and located in a safe area within the Colonial Zone, only a block away from the coast, a short walking distance to many restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the major supermarket…a small market is also across the street. The host was very friendly and accommodated an early check-in, meeting me at the apartment to explain how to use the water pump, clothes washer, centrifuge dryer, etc. She was responsive to all questions that I had and recommended some nice restaurants. I would stay again and recommend to others for an authentic Santo Domingo experience. Thanks!

Me and some friends stayed at this Airbnb for about a week. And we had a great time. The place was spacious and I loved how all of our rooms had a different color theme to it. Waner was very responsive and always checked in to make sure we were OK or if we needed anything. Even when there were issues with the shower pressure, he was able to effectively communicate with us to fix that. He was also very flexible with checking in and checking out. I had the orange room and it is probably been one of the best rooms I’ve ever seen in. Me and Jordan stay here and we loved how the location was walkable to just about any restaurant that we wanted to try. And it was very easy for us to navigate. The rooms were clean, the sites from the rooftop are beautiful and we’d love to sit outside on the patio to just relax.

We had a great stay! Orlando’s location is unbeatable - walking distance to el malecón. Spacious home with large rooms and beautiful furniture. The location felt secure with 24 hour security guards. Orlando was super responsive and helpful with various recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay! The location was perfect—within walking distance to La Zona and surrounded by plenty of nearby restaurants. It was also very quiet, making for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Isabel's place was great. Its only one of two apartments in the complex that has air conditioning in the living room area and not only in the bedrooms.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable apartment. It had amazing views of the ocean and Santo Domingo from the patio. The host was very nice and responsive. It felt like a very safe apartment complex and area. There was a pharmacy in the same complex which was helpful.
