Cozy apartment in great location, just 10 minutes from colonial area. It's just like you see in the photos ,the condominium has a lot of security for what you appreciate . We definitely recommend it.

After making this my home for just over a year now, José Luis' place has grown into me over time, and I'll confess that I'm infatuated with this hidden jewel of a stay, because although I had many living conditions considerations, and aspirations, I've found myself using this place as my headquarters, as I continue exploring the rest of this beautiful country. Having José Luis and his loving family as hosts makes all the difference! Totally worthy experience!

Staying at Casa Erzulie in Zona Colonial was such a treat! The place was super cozy, cool, and had such a nice vibe with its beautiful decoration. After days of traveling, it was amazing to have some quiet time here, yet still be so close to everything. I loved starting my mornings with a walk on the Malecón, which is just 2 minutes away, and even got to catch the sunrise—absolutely stunning! The location is perfect, close to landmarks and great restaurants, so there was always something to do. One of my favorite parts was relaxing by the small pool—it was the perfect way to unwind. And having access to a laundry machine was such a bonus after being on the road for a while. Stephanie’s place really felt like a home away from home, and I’d 100% stay here again!

Joel is a great host he has great communication skills and will always make sure everything is up to part and you have a great time definitely a 10/10 I would highly recommend someone to him if they looking for something that is nice and affordable I had a great time and will definitely be back👌🏿

This was a great homebase for us to do our work and also see some art in the historical zone. We usually stay in the colonial zone proper, but since the streets are all ripped up, we decided to try. Ciudad nueva. We really liked going for walks along the. Malecón , there are a lot of nice plazas, parks, some monuments in Spanish ruins, all within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and we really enjoyed. Also the back patio. The apartment has very good ventilation and there was a nice breeze.

I loved the location and the cleanliness! To this date my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed at! Highly recommend this apartment.

This home is beyond its value. Cozy, clean, close to everything you may need! A private and secure parking spot was such a bonus. Keny is so kind and responsive and gave great local recommendations. The pool was sparkling clean and a lovely temp. We loved the outdoor living spaces and large kitchen. Beds were super comfy as well. Thank you so much !

This experience is one of the best ive had. Carlenis was there every step of the way and very responsible on been responsive. Pictures are awsome but the vibe and the place in person is breathtaking. I do want to make this clear ( THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO PARTY ) its a place to relax peacefully when you are not enjoying the wonders of Dominican Republic and Boca Chica. We had a great stay! Orlando’s location is unbeatable - walking distance to el malecón. Spacious home with large rooms and beautiful furniture. The location felt secure with 24 hour security guards. Orlando was super responsive and helpful with various recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Apartment Will Definitely Come Back

I had a great stay! The location was perfect—within walking distance to La Zona and surrounded by plenty of nearby restaurants. It was also very quiet, making for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Juan's place is great for up to 4 people. I plan to stay here again in the future.

Isabel's place was great. Its only one of two apartments in the complex that has air conditioning in the living room area and not only in the bedrooms.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable apartment. It had amazing views of the ocean and Santo Domingo from the patio. The host was very nice and responsive. It felt like a very safe apartment complex and area. There was a pharmacy in the same complex which was helpful.
