We were very well received by Marta and Max, the owners leave all the basic items, avoiding a rush to the market and still leave some extra treats; in our case, even draft beer produced locally. The house has all the amenities listed, nice and very well-equipped kitchen, we had a barbecue without any problems. There are three en-suites and another good social bathroom, air-conditioning in all rooms, everything working perfectly well. When necessary, we contacted Marta and Max, and we were promptly assisted without difficulties. Great stay, we hope to return soon.

We went with five friends, all of whom were well accommodated. The house had all the equipment and utensils for the stay, clean and organized environment, communication with the host was very good. We were very happy with the choice of stay, unfortunately we could not enjoy the pool because the water was freezing. But we would definitely choose this house again.

The space is very nice and cozy, exactly as shown in the photos! We were in a group of 6 people and the house accommodates very well! The super-equipped kitchen, the air-conditioned/fan rooms, clean linens, the super-clean pool and even with a slide! Haha but the highlight really is the kindness of Vivi and her husband! Outstanding hospitality, kind and friendly! Vivi greeted us with a huge smile and a delicious muffin! She was super helpful, gave tips on walking and what to do in the city! We felt very welcomed and at ease!! We will definitely be back!!

The space is beautiful, and the house is very comfortable. The bed mattresses are great, and the kitchen is very well-equipped, with dishes, glasses, cutlery, cookware and even dish cloth. The house has two refrigerators and a freezer, which is excellent. My only suggestion is that the freezer and fridge in the outdoor area be turned on the day before guests arrive. This would help to keep the beverages and food cold/preserved.

When we arrived at the house, we were greeted by Aline's son, he was waiting for us to check in. We checked in around 11:30 pm, they made the check-in and checkout more flexible. Felipe and Aline always attentive, super polite and receptive! The house is very comfortable, pleasant and has met our needs a lot! I highly recommend for those who want to know sprouts, close to the center, easy access to the parks, excellent location.

charming place! in the kitchen has all the utensils in fact even much more than necessary, cozy house, heated pool is the differential, for sure when I return to São Carlos, I will stay in this house, because better than this one I doubt think. just wonderful!!!!

Junior is very helpful and attentive. The place is great. It drew attention for being so clean and smelling so good. The pool is wonderful. I recommend it to everyone.

Being at the Chácara was disconnecting from everything and connecting with Nature, calm and peace.... It was delightful to spend these days with the family, to see my children playing a lot, to be able to rest, to cook on a wood stove and to light a bonfire and we all sat around having fun,,,, adventures and fun around the house,,,, the living room space is giant, everyone was very comfortable,,,and besides that Rose and Sam are kind, polite , attentive,,,,, helpful,,,, amazing tips on what to do, what to eat, etc. They seem like family members, they are so dear... we didn't want to leave... and that proves that we will come back many more times... We saw toucans, macaws, owls, woodpeckers, lizards... an immensity of beautiful animals that they provided us there... the house with an excellent swimming pool, with space to sunbathe... delightful blocks... and everything very tidy... this choice is super recommended, because it was amazing...

The house is exactly like in the photos, it was very clean when we arrived, it has all the necessary household utensils. The pool is wonderful and was clean. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the center of the city. Silvia gave us tour tips and was always very helpful. It was a wonderful stay, I highly recommend it and if there is an opportunity we would like to come back.

Accommodation and extremely comfortable stay

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Mrs. Lucia's home. The house had everything we needed, comfortable, good internet and a great backyard. There were fans in every room which helped a lot on hot days. Communication with the host was easy to communicate. Mrs. Lucia cared and was so kind in everything. Me and my family are so grateful.

This is the second time we've stayed at the house, very close to my family's house, quiet neighborhood, impeccable house with everything we needed available, nice-smelling bedding, we really enjoyed the holiday with family and with our dog...we love the hammock, the studio and the kindness of the hostess who was flexible at check-in and always responded to us quickly, we'll be back more often
