Amazing house. Amazing stay. I would choose it over and over again. Hosts are many friendly and good people.

This home is in a beautiful location, with Waregem and Oudenaarde in easy reach. Yannick was very friendly and showed us in when we arrived, and checked in by message the next day. The house had everything we needed for our few days visit, and the large garden was great for our dog to let off a bit of steam.

Very well-equipped kitchen, games for cold and warm days. The kids loved the chickens and the trampoline. Only 10 minutes to the sea or to Bruges. We felt very comfortable

A beautifully furnished and comfortable house where you feel right away at home. It has an extraordinary location, literally 5 minutes from the beach in the beautiful Belle Epoque area of De Han. We went with a group of 7 friends and the house was very spacious so that everyone felt comfortable. Bakeries, supermarket, car rental and public transport, excellent restaurants and nice terraces to take an aperitif all in a range of 5 minutes walk. We would go back anytime, there is no better place on the Belgian coast.

This was a great house for 8 of us. Lights were a bit dim for playing cards in the evening. Some crockery was a bit old but was well equipped for cooking. The guys had fun playing table football while the girls chilled on the huge sofa. Great location and easily walkable into the city. Loved Brugge. The buildings are beautiful and the beers are great. Had a very enjoyable boat ride. Overall a fantastic weekend

We had a great extended weekend in this villa. The accommodation is very pleasant, functional and spacious. The location is ideal (between sea, dunes, center park, de haan...). Tom is very responsive and welcoming.

Beautiful accommodation, the sauna was fantastic. Spacious living room, the seating was great. Bathrooms were pleasant, everything was well maintained.

Our stay at the Koppenherberg was fantastic. Super view, quiet area and all amenities are available in the house. Definitely a recommendation for families with small children who like to walk and cycle! The contact with Aurélie went very smoothly. Aurélie is very friendly, responds quickly and contacted herself to make sure everything was fine!

We were very kindly received and shown around. Everything was super clean, beautiful and tidy and you don't miss anything. The garden and location is wonderful, quiet and in nature but still close to Antwerp, where you can look for the hustle and bustle. We had a great stay!

The house is beautiful in lovely peaceful surroundings. The pool was lovely and we had everything we needed. Elena was responsive and came and met us when we arrived to show us around the house and tell us how everything worked. The listing was informative and we were able to follow the instructions to find the house without any problems, the area is very quiet but there are shops and tram station very close by.

We stayed with 13 people in this beautiful, modern house in Zwevegem and it was a fantastic experience. The house is spacious, stylishly decorated and equipped with every comfort. You immediately notice that everything is finished to perfection – from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy seating areas. The large garden is an absolute asset: wonderfully green, quietly located and with plenty of space to relax or eat outside. From a practical point of view, this location also scores high: there is plenty of room for at least 10 cars. Communication with Magda went smoothly and pleasantly. She was very friendly, quick in her responses and made sure everything went smoothly. An absolute top location for those who want to enjoy peace, space and comfort. Recommended!

Total autonomy for access to the Villa but Matthieu and all the co-hosts remain easily reachable and very responsive when needed! Very good stay in this beautiful house! True to the photos, this house is perfect for a quiet family time enjoying the pool and surroundings.

We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

Very nice house in a small village near Bruges. large garden with boules court. 4 beautiful bedrooms including a master suite and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 3 bathrooms. Large and beautiful living space. Nice well-equipped kitchen. Numerous parking spots including a charging station. Beautiful and large heated pool (included by reservation and shared with the guest rooms without being inconvenient), the sauna is not included.

Fabulous holiday. Quiet and peaceful. Not much around the resort within walking distance, but lovely cycling along the river into Tournai. Wonderful accommodation, perfect for our family.

Thank you for We were able to spend a short trip with the extended family in your house. Maud is a great landlady who was always available and supported us with great tips. Even on Sunday, when there was a problem with the electricity, she was quick to respond and fix it. The animal inhabitants and the furnishings made it a special experience.

We once again had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place and were able to stay for longer this time. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful house, garden & pool but we spent some time in Lille which was wonderful. Recommend the Cita Parc for those with small children. A fabulous stay in a truly luxurious home.

A very nice house with amazing design and very friendly and accommodating hosts! The house has a fantastic location, a nice large garden and a heated pool, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the weather, but that did not bother us very much, as the accommodation is excellent even in bad weather. Pascale has a huge selection of games, so you can easily enjoy your vacation with lots of fun inside in front of the fireplace. We can absolutely recommend the place and would love to come back at any time!
