Welcome to our fresh and modern apartment, perfect for those who want to experience the charm of the archipelago and want to be close to the water. The apartment, which is part of the family's house, contributes to a personal and genuine accommodation. On the property, there are goats and ponies to pet. Runmarö offers many experiences, for example, the well-known Stockholm Archipelago Trail crosses the island. A stone's throw from the property, there is a nice rock pool with a small beach. The island is well worth visiting after the summer, the fall is lovely!

Charming lake house right by the sea

Small newly built lake cottage, about 15 square meters with two beds, electric heating, refrigerator and microwave. Balcony with outdoor kitchen and summer water. Very close to the beach with morning sun. Possibility to add your own boat, as well as to borrow a double kayak. The lake cottage is located in Krysshamnsviken, near Nämdöfjärden and lakes within walking distance. It is about 4 km to Stavsnäs where you will find an Ica store, paddle tennis courts, bakery and restaurant in the picturesque old village, as well as the nearest bus stop.

Newly-built cottage of 30 sqm. 5 minutes' walk from the harbor. - Open-plan with kitchen and living room in one. - Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. - The living room has a sofa bed. - The kitchen has an induction stove and oven. - Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. - Large terrace around the house with dining area. - The view consists of pine and blueberry forest - Cleaning is not included. - Pets are not allowed - Guests bring their own bed linens and towels (can be rented for SEK 150 per person)

Weekend in the archipelago, Djurö

The guest house of 45 km2, 1 room & kitchen, is located on Djurö (Djurhamn) in Stockholm Archipelago about 4.5 miles from Slussen, Stockholm, bus 434 (about 1 hour's drive). The house is 1 km from ICA and the 3 beaches nearby. Kitchen, water toilet, washing machine, fridge/freezer, 52-inch TV, App TV, Wifi, private balcony with umbrella. Parking at the garage. The sofa folds down to a 120 cm, extra bedding is available Self check-in is via a "code box" where the key is located, see pictures, code will be provided at booking.

Cabin in a natural area on Värmdö

The cabin is located high up. Sun much of the day/evening. Natural plot shared with the main building. Neighbors are around, not close by, you are on your own. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a kitchenette and a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. Three km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both near the cottage and on Värmdö, there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus stop with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to grocery store. Two bicycles available.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Little house by the lake

Specifically designed to suit couples with active interests who want a romantic retreat on their own, only about 30 minutes from Stockholm. This is a true paradise! Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma kanal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and the TV sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple sometimes recharges their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. You have a private patio with a barbecue area. Bedsheets an towels are included. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car/bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn. It takes about 15 min to walk to the cottage. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller/roller bags.

The Jetty Suite, with Sauna, canoe & add-on spa

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, cozy home. Just three minutes away is the beach and sea. Stroll around the village and possibly stop at the local bakery. The house has everything you need to stay in it all year round. You can park next to the house. You can also take a direct bus from Slussen that takes about 50 minutes. Nice house in Stavsnäs close to the sea. The house and the village Stavsnäs is located 50 minutes travel from Stockholms city by bus or car. Parking for free for one car. 100 m to bakery and café. 150 m to beach. 500 m to well stocked grocery store. Restaurant in the harbor 2 km nice walking or by car. From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö.
