Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gaston County

If you are thinking of staying at a this place, please do. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The place was extremely clean with straightforward directions on checking in and out. Trevon was really kind when we communicated with him despite it being really late at night. There are easy places to walk to nearby for food as well as the outlets. It is like a 10 min drive from the CLT airport. Overall this place was a great stay.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. This was my first time using ABNB. The place smelled clean the moment we walked in the door. I brought my allergy machine just in case and didn’t have to use it once, it appeared to be a new construction. The place was immaculate! Would stay there again if in the area.

We stayed for over a week and had a fantastic time. Everything in the apartment was brand new from the furniture to the flooring, carpets and appliances. Soo much attention to detail and extremely clean. The area was very safe, had a large grocery store, Chick-fil-a fil and Jersey Mike's within 10min walking distance. Highly recommend, we'll definitely stay here again.

Right in the middle of downtown Gastonia. We were in town for just one night for a wedding, but the apartment was a quick and easy walk away. Some occasional noise from the street or the train going by, but the apartment was very clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

This place was perfect for our weekend trip. We hiked Crowders Mountain (~20 min drive) and bar hopped around Gastonia. This place was right in the middle of town, so it was very easy to walk around. The place itself is in an older building but updated inside. There were plenty of towels, dishes, and other amenities also. The beds were comfy. There was a bit of noise from the street, but it didn't bother us. Overall, this was a great place for us. Thanks, Ashley!

Do not plan to cook as there were no cooking utensils or pots and pans. There was also a very limited amount of dishes. Order out and buy disposable plates, cups, and cutlery. Or eat out. Pack your own towels and washclothes. If you sleep light, bring earplugs as the apartment is close to a main road and complex exit. Very close to the Carolina Premium outlets, Carowinds, groceries, and other necessities!

Farukh was a great host. We stayed there for an extended period of time and he was easy to communicate with and always kept us informed. The home was clean and the location was perfect.

our work crew had a great time here one bedroom had private aceess to the front porch which was nice i had a beautiful king size bed his staff works really hard to clean the place up we were allowed an early check in i met the staff they were super friendly we cooked out there was eood already loaded in a fire pit its an old historic district snd it was a co,y relaxing place to stay

The Cozy Carolina was as advertised and it will not disappoint. Ronda was an incredible host and her home was so accommodating. From the location -with easy (keyless) check-in, to the extra towels and outdoor grill, this home was so sweet and perfect for a relaxing time away with a few friends. Highly recommended!

The home was great. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. The living room and kitchen/dining are so spacious. Pictures of the listing don’t do it justice. It is a very clean and clutter-free home, which we enjoyed. Beds were comfy.

This was a wonderful place to stay, especially during the holidays. The local restaurants were amazing and charlotte was nearby which made this a great spot outside the city. Would love to stay again.

Very convenient to the Whitewater Center, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated that the house wasn’t cluttered so there wasn’t much for my toddler to mess with.

As all the reviews share, this is a convenient location to enjoy all that South End has to offer. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed. Be sure to follow the house instructions and do not lock yourself out of the apartment! I did make that mistake and was very thankful that the host was in town and came to our rescue.

It was fantastic! Great spot. Bring soap and coffee pods, those two things would have been amazing had I thought about it. Overall such a great location, cute place. Great for 1-2 people who want to walk around uptown. Directions seem complicated until you follow them and then it makes sense. The only thing I had an issue was the code to get into the garage but someone let me in.

Kristen’s place was just what we needed for our work trip! It was a practical option that offered a cozy spot to sleep and tackle our tasks. A big thank you to the host for creating such a clean and functional space!

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Great place to stay in downtown charlotte. Walking distance to many restaurants and lots of things to do. Apartment was very clean and nice inside. Looks exactly like the photos. Would def stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable - plus a great value for the money. Easy drive access most anywhere in Charlotte, and walking distance for uptown. Eugenie was also accommodating with check-in and date adjustment which was greatly appreciated. As others noted, it is bright in the morning (worth the trade off for the bright space during the day), there is some mild neighbor noise (not super loud) and smells in the hallway, but not at all in the apartment. All as described and even better space/comfort than expected. Definitely recommend.
