Great host. Always very responsive. Close location to Quail Hollow. 5 minute Uber. Inside was clean and spacious.

We had the best time! Amazing house and host. The heated pool and fenced in backyard were perfect for enjoying family time. The entire house was very clean and organized with everything we needed. The host was extremely proactive with communications and responsive for the few things we needed. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Stay – Highly Recommend! This house was absolutely perfect! Spacious, extremely clean, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable, with stylish furniture and every amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, making meals easy, and the whole space felt like a home away from home. The outdoor area was a highlight—tons of yard space with cornhole, a fire pit , a pool, and multiple seating areas including a cozy deck setup and a fun garage hangout spot with a ping pong table and seating. It was private, peaceful, and overall perfect! Our host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and made everything completely hassle-free. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

House is spacious and beautiful. The area is a nice, maybe a little remote from central Charlotte, but there are plenty of places within about a ten minute drive. A great place for a family reunion.

It was very clean and cute. The tall ceilings made it feel even more warm and inviting. We had 3 adults and 1 child with us, and there was plenty of space. The neighbors were friendly, it’s walkable to downtown. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing host and place! Jerod was always responsive and ready to help for anything we needed. He made us feel right at home, almost as if visiting a childhood friend. The RV was very comfortable, spacious and honestly felt more like an apartment than a camper. Can't beat the price for the hospitality and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!!

Wow!!! What a home! This place was spectacular in every way. Spacious and felt right at home. It was beautiful inside and out. The host was very supportive and quick to respond to all of our communications. We look forward to coming back to this home again.

My extended family came into Charlotte for a wedding at Camelot Meadows, which is about a 10 minute drive away. This beautiful home was exactly what we needed; space, tranquility, beauty, peacefulness, plenty of room, and comfort! It was a total of seven of us, and we each had plenty of room, comfortable beds and large spacious bathrooms to share. The house is beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need while away from home. The view of the lake and the backyard area is incredible. We plan to come back to NC and stay at this home. The owners were wonderful at communicating everything we needed to have a nice stay. Thank you

Dad's Place was absolutely perfect for our visit! We spent a fair amount of time enjoying the backyard space. We made Smores at the campfire our last night there, and our stay most enjoyable. Located perfectly from everything we needed to do while we were in town and everything we needed was provided in the house. Would absolutely stay here everytrime we are in town!

This was the best house!! Easy access to lots of the local activities and surrounding areas. My dog loved the huge fenced in back yard. Shelley was awesome and even provided weekly cleaning services since I was there a lil over a month. She even ensured I always had coffee the entire time. It made being out of my own home due to storm damages truly feel like a vacation. Thanks so much Shelley for sharing your beautiful home with me and Joe Joe ❤️❤️

Dean’s home was absolutely spectacular. Breathtaking view of the lake, very well decorated, clean, and large enough to accommodate our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. He went above and beyond by getting balloons, flowers and a cake that I had requested for my mother‘s birthday. We would definitely stay there again. It is worth your time to check out.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The host was very responsive and sweet, which made our stay even more enjoyable!

Welcoming and cozy. We arrived early and Paige was so sweet to give us access a little early. Our grandkids and our dog had a blast in the backyard! We enjoyed the covered screened porch and cooking out. Walking distance to a park. Downtown Belmont is quaint with options to shop and eat! Will definitely come back and rent this adorable place!!

We had an amazing stay at this adorable, impeccably decorated cottage, with thoughtful amenities. The craftsmanship of this home is excellent and so homey feeling. Many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was perfect!🥰

We had a small issue on arrival as there was no tap water, but the host responded very quickly and sent someone to fix it within the hour. We really appreciated the prompt communication and fast resolution—it made a big difference. The rest of our stay was smooth and enjoyable! The backyard was the favorite spot for our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is hands down, the best abnb we have ever stayed in. Tina and team have set a standard for everyone! We truly felt at home here. The home was meticulously clean, cozy and perfectly comfy. We had a great stay in Belmont. We were here for a family gathering. The space was comfortable for our family plus my sister. The porch offered a nice spot for us to spend time together and watch the kids play in the yard. The kitchen and living space is open and had ample space for a few family members to join us for dinner at the house one night. The location is perfect - sidewalks on the main roads to downtown. I note that the stairs to get to the loft are a little steep. I had to watch the kids carefully on them. Not ideal for either older or younger visitors.
