The location is quiet and offers a magnificent view over the St. Galler Rheintal and a magnificent mountain backdrop all around. The large seating area invites you to enjoy nature and simply unwind. Chasa Filli offers a room with a box spring bed 180 x 200 cm and a balcony room with a double bed 160 x 200 cm in the terrace apartment. You will be staying in a cozy eat-in kitchen and use a modern bathroom (incl. washing machine/dryer). From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. In just a few steps you are in the old village center of Scuol Sot and in the wellness and adventure pool 'Bogn Engiadina' or with the ski bus at the valley station of the mountain railways.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Our house is the perfect base for anyone who enjoys spending time in nature. Here you will find peace and quiet in the midst of the mountains. A place to feel good. In summer, you can start leisurely hikes right outside the front door. With the Bregenzerwald guest card, you can also use all cable cars for free, and admission to the outdoor swimming pools is included. In winter, ski slopes, cross-country skiing trails and beautiful winter hiking trails await you in the midst of snowy nature.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

A few km from Livigno, Bormio and St. Moritz, which can also be reached by the Unesco World Heritage Bernina Red Train. The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
