It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. Enjoy the first cup of coffee of the day on the terrace, take a nap in the midday sun, read a book in the afternoon or relax after an excursion in the outdoor hot tub and infrared heat cabin.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
