This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Please note that we have an interior design shop and cafe on top of the apartment and in the garden so customers are close by. The apartment has a staircase down to the entrance. I vårt nybyggda attefallshus på 30 kvm bor ni med bara 5 min till salta bad på badplatsen viken. Ni finner Sveriges västkustpärlor, Smögen, Hunnebostrand med bara en biltur på ca 40 min. shoppingcentret Torp, tar ni er med bilen på 10 min. Här finns de möjlighet att fiska i gullmarn. Här bor du nära naturen med flera vackra miljöer att njuta utav ex naturreservatet bokskogen. Vi bor i huset intill o finns tillgängliga.// välkomna

Idyll by the sea by boat!

Summer idyll but secluded location right by the sea! Enjoy the undisturbed view and sun from morning till night. Take the stairs down to the beach and jump into the water from the jetty. Boat is included in the rent for the opportunity to embark on a tour or try the fishing luck. The cottage is not accessible and the parking space is above the hill to the cottage. Departure cleaning is included in the price!
