Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Garrard County

I must say that I was extremely impressed with the accommodations. Everything was exactly as listed. The home was spacious and felt like home. It made the weekend even more special. Would highly recommend this location. The host Katrina was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with me and my family.

The house was very nice, spacious and comfortable. The water toys that were available were a fun touch. The outdoor decks are great places to hang out, too!

Amy's house was incredible. So many areas to hang out in or be alone at. The main level had a large comfortable sofa to watch TV, or play games on the table. Its a lovely area to congregate in at the end of the day with a gorgeous view. The mid level has easy access to the 3 bedrooms each with a great view. The lower level is the main access to the dock and the game level. The dock is the crowning glory of the house. Big enough to hang out in, comfortable Adirondack type chairs, a fire pit. We really enjoyed being here. Amy was super communicative during our stay and quickly responded to our inquiries. We did day trips to Berea and Cumberland falls(long but doable). Amy provides lots of necessities, but there is a Kroger and Walmart within 20 minutes if necessary. We even used the BBQ one night for dinner. We will definitely keep this house in our 'favorites' for a future visit.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was unique in that it offers a main house and a guest house, and it turned out that this was the perfect arrangement for us (2 moms who are close friends, and our two sons, who are also close friends). When we weren't out and about, we all hung out in the A-frame main house. At bedtime, we parted ways.The A-frame has everything you might need during your stay. Then you also have the boathouse, which is beyond cute and very cozy. Both structures overlook the lake, and the outdoor deck spaces are very comfortable and inviting. I especially appreciated the propane fire pit one evening when it got a little chilly. Also, having a Keurig and pods in each house was awesome! Shelly sent detailed directions in advance of our travels, which was very helpful, and she made some local recommendations re: food and groceries. We followed up on those, and were not disappointed! She was also very responsive to us when we asked for assistance or recommendations. <3

Great place for us to relax and enjoy spending time with our adult children and new grand daughter. My first visit to Kentucky from Oregon! Such a beautiful area! We will definitely be visiting often.

Melissa was so helpful from the start, helping make local recommendations and answering all our questions about the area when we booked. There was a tiny snafu (no one’s fault) that Melissa responded to immediately. Zero complaints!

This was a great place that met the needs of my large family trip! There was plenty of space and necessities for all seven of us. We were able to cook and eat together and had plenty of space to us to catch up with each other. This is a great home and Mark was very responsive for a general question we had.

We had a fantastic stay at Blue Moon Cottage! The home was exactly as described, and the photos were true to what we experienced. It’s tucked away in a peaceful, private location with beautiful views and a well-maintained property—perfect for a quiet getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the pet-friendly aspect made it even better for us. The host was proactive, responsive, and very kind, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We even decided to extend our stay, and they accommodated us with no hassle at all. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the Danville area, and we definitely plan to return in the future!

we almost were not about to return and book with Air B n B but...David absolutely changed that and turned our past awful experience right side up!!! During a extremely busy weekend and sold out everywhere weekend , he was available and even let us check in early!!! we couldn't get over just how peaceful stress-free and felt like honestly we were at our home! they didn't hover or intrude . Will return !!

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here and works out perfect for me. Walking distance to downtown and UK. Will be staying there again in the near future.

I loved that the space was very allergy friendly and clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and the space was cozy. John and Laura were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The added touch of fresh coffee for the morning was great!

This was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for my brother in laws graduation. i really appreciate how clean this place was. The place honestly looks better in person. We had coffee to make in the morning, parking was spacious, very quiet, comfy beds, and very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is divided into three rental spaces, each is private and has its own entrance. I stayed in #1. The apartment isn't huge but it's comfortable and perfect for one or two people. I love the clawfoot bathtub! A major advantage is how close it is to Rupp Arena/Convention Center, just about 2 blocks. The neighborhood has restricted parking and two permits are provided so parking is easy. You really can't beat staying here when attending an event at Rupp/CC. The hosts were above-and-beyond accommodating and helpful and very responsive. I plan to stay here again for the next event!

This is a gorgeous Air B-n-B, well cared for and clean. We had a delightful stay and everything we needed was there. It is also in a great Lexington neighborhood walkable to restaurants. Parking was easy. I'd gladly stay there again.

This was a great stay! Robin was very communicative, and made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I 100% recommend this location to anyone else. It fit 6 of us very comfortably. I would absolutely stay here again.

Can’t say enough good things about the hosts and their condo. It was perfect for the week! I didn’t care for the garage, but that was on me for bringing a large vehicle. Next time I will bring one of my smaller vehicles.

Our stay at this beautiful and unique Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The industrial design elements gave the space a modern yet cozy feel, making it a perfect blend of style and comfort. The location was fantastic, with a plethora of restaurants and live music venues a short walk away. It was the ideal spot for our family of six adults, providing ample space and all the amenities we needed. Great place to stay in Lexington! Super convenient location - so close to downtown and were able to easily get to Keeneland (purpose of the stay). Ran into a small hiccup when checking in as the code to the door lock didn't work, but David was super responsive and got us in within seconds! Enjoyed the rooftop terrace too. One thing to note, the place has its own parking garage in the building which is very convenient because you get two spots to park in, but the garage is really small so I'd recommend planning to park a sedan/small car in the space. We were very close to not being able to park our truck in the garage due to tight squeeze. Great stay in the city though!

Wesley's place was a charming, historic home with modern updates. It was tastefully decorated, clean with comfortable beds. It's in a great location, walkable to downtown, Rupp arena and UKY. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Definitely recommend.
