Spacious, modern and clean apartment next to a park and a big supermarket. Quiet area but 15 mins walkto many pubs and restaurant. Everything inside was clean and modern. When we arrived, however, the apartment was a bit cold because the previous guests had turned off the heating. We notified Jelena, who immediately provided an electric heater. In the end, we never used it because the flat was very warm with the heating on. The only negative point was the time it took us to find the flat. With the address provided Waze and G Map took us to a primary school. We have to call Jelena to guide us in the right direction. A map with the exact location would be very useful in the chekin instruction. Other than that, all perfect.

In general, everything is fine. A private place, with a closed territory, there is a place to play with the child. You can leave your car outside the gate. Nearby is a zoo, cafe, shop. There are small disadvantages, but they are not critical and in general they do not affect the stay. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at the place. Location is great within the old city, and near the public transport and central railway station if you plan one-day trips outside of Riga. Check-in was smooth and Oksana was helpful and proactive with instructions. We recommend it.

I travled to Beltics and stayed here for a night, the place is surprisingly wonderful! Liga was super nice and sent me all the info I needed before checking in. Place is easy to find, the location is perfect, just next to the church! You will love the window view! Highly recommended!

Thank you to our kind and wonderful hosts who looked after us very well, and for lending their beautiful and immaculate apartment. Everything one needs, and very tranquil surroundings. Perfect location to explore Riga and surroundings, and so much to see, from the sea to the museums, opera, ballet, symphony orchestra, and excellent restaurants. And a history that needs exploring. Hope to return in the summer for walking and swimming, and will look forward to staying here again.

Very welcoming and responsive host, Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Well placed close to all amenities, Thanks again for a great stay! Small downside if you don't have two very functional legs, the accommodation is on the 5th floor without an elevator(not enough to remove a star though)

The stay was picturesque. The apple tree in front provided a beautiful shade from the sun and cover from light rain over the table, where we had our meals. A cute little cat would come and visit us from time to time. The lounge chairs provided were very comfortable way to sun-bathe or relax under the shadow of the trees. The house was cozy and had everything you will need for a relaxed vacation. The hosts had thought about every detail. They seem to be kind, welcoming, helpful, generous and private people who respected our own privacy too. We would meet them occasionally in the front of the house or see them tend their vegetable garden, and have a little bit of a small talk full with smiles. Thank you Mrs and Mr Čikina for the wonderful stay!

Comfortable bed, great view and extremely well situated in the old town. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was very clean.Although we found the apartment without fault I would not recommend it to anyone with disabilities as there are a lot of stairs to climb (5 floors).
