Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Gargas

We traveled for two weeks with two dogs and it was just perfect. The huge garden, the very well-equipped apartment, all that left nothing to be desired! Everything was sparkling clean and very well appointed. The whole family and dog were wonderful! We would come back.

Exceeded expectations. Coffee machine was also excellent. The home really has a heart and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peacful retreat that feels great for the soul. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were hotel standard. You can tell alot of love and time has been put into the furnishing and decor. Landscaping surrounds were a joy to explore, enjoyed sun bathing, a little ping pong, walking amoungst the trees with the family, exploring the orchard and lavender field followed by Rose and movie nights in the extremely comfortable living room. Ellen and Aries were incredible hosts.

The stay was great, the place looks even better than in the pictures. The Mont Ventoux is easy to see on clear and sunny days, the village is within walking distance. Kitchen appliances and bathroom are new and immaculate. Really excellent stay, would love to come again. However, there are minor points of criticism. Dogs up to 10kg are allowed, our dog was allowed to be taken with 15kg, but the separation from the other half of the house is done by a very thin sliding door, which does not close to the floor. Unfortunately, our dog took advantage of this once and disappeared under the door to the neighbors. This could lead to problems, especially when both halves of the house and territorial dogs are occupied. Fortunately, the outbuilding was not rented. Another criticism is the loud refrigerator, which can be heard well in the downstairs bedroom. In addition, unfortunately, no net was available for the pool, we had to buy one, because there were a lot of insects.

We spent 4 days in this beautiful cottage and would have liked to have stayed longer. It is originally furnished, the bed is very comfortable and the linen bedding is perfect for the hot days. And Phédia is a great host! She greeted us very kindly and gave us good tips for the markets and restaurants. We - and our dog Camillo - especially enjoyed the enchanting little garden seating area and the long walks around the village. We were in Provence for the first time and thanks to this great experience certainly not the last time!!!

The outside areas of the property are as comfortable as the inside. All the rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for preparing meals. There is every piece of equipment you would need. There was plenty of hot water and the fire was a lovely addition for chilly evenings. There are also lots of kitchen supplies to get you started or bathroom necessities in case you forgotten anything. The garden isn't fenced but this didn’t cause us any issues with our dogs. The protection dogs across the road are secured behind fences and didnt cause us any problems. We found them very friendly once you'd be there for a couple of days. We would definitely recommend staying here, Valerie is delightful.

Bonnieux is a quiet village in the Luberon, and Jennifer’s place helps you to slip immediately into relaxation. The views are absolutely stunning. We woke each morning to birdsong. The home is beautifully decorated and also homey at the same time. We had all the amenities we needed and more. The terrace was the perfect spot for a glass of wine or a nap (or both!). Jennifer also provided excellent recommendations for food. We had one of our most favorite meals at her recommended restaurant. The house manager was friendly, responsive and helpful. The location is ideal to Sun Ebikes and the Luberon Greenway bike path. We spent several days touring around, enjoying warm sunshine, seeing poppy fields, and discovering other villages. There is an AMAZING ice cream shop and chocolate shop. We loved Bonnieux the best! We can’t wait to return to this beautiful property.

Lovely stay in the heart of Provence. We felt very welcomed at Christophes beautiful house. It is very well equipped and the salt water pool is definitely a highlight. We would love to come back and can only recommend this stay.

Perfect stay! Gult’s place is simply fantastic: very clean, well-maintained, and located in a beautiful and peaceful area. The surroundings are stunning and offer plenty of opportunities to relax or explore. Christine was an extremely kind and helpful host, always ready to assist and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We truly felt at home. We would gladly come back!

Wonderful house with plenty of room… easy walk into beautiful Gordes.

Magical!! Andy and Jess have an absolutely beautiful place that embodies what Airbnb is all about! The decor is well thought out and gorgeous with beautiful French antiques and comfy furniture. The yard was massive with a perfect swimming pool, big grassy area, and places to sit in the shade. We made dinner one evening and sat and chatted with our host which was probably one of our favorite nights. Andy was so warm and welcoming and gave us lots of tips for cute towns and markets. The animals were the happiest pets I’ve ever met and it was fun to hang out with the 2 sweet dogs and friendly cat. Can’t say enough good things about this property. You can feel the soul of it as soon as you enter and I only wish we’d had more time here on our trip through France. Thank you Andy and Jess for your hospitality!

Ideal house for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location The whole family (3 generations) loved it, the setting, the comfort, the tranquility.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool area, along with the family room for hanging out in the evenings all together. It was easy to get to surrounding villages - we drove to Gordes, Bonnieux, Loumarin, and Isle sur la Sorgue, as well as Roussillon. Highly recommend this home, which is well maintained and very welcoming…perfect spot for a family vacation. Victoria was very responsive to a few questions we had - she was super helpful and friendly. Such a beautiful place!

The house, the whole property is great and just recommended for those seeking peace and quiet! Many attractions can be reached within a good hour. We can also only commend the impeccable and very professional service with Benoit when booking and on site with Cindy. It was around a mega beautiful holiday experience!

We loved our stay at Christelle’s home in Saint-Remy! The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and extremely well located for exploring Provence and the Alpilles. The town of Saint-Remy was extremely charming, and the Airbnb perfectly located to explore. The home itself was spacious and had lovely outdoor space with the back yard (pool) and front patio. We would definitely come back and would recommend this place to others!

The studio is well-equipped for a comfortable, restful stay, and in close proximity to the most beautiful villages in the Luberon. Catherine offered wonderful recommendations and insight into the region. I appreciated also her friendly and discreet presence. It was a pleasure staying; my only regret is that it wasn't long enough so we will definitely return.

We had a pleasant stay at the Orangerie de Apt. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, very clean, like new! Our Golden Retriever and we ourselves had a very warm welcome from Mina. We'd love to come back!

Host was extremely helpful with suggestions on things to explore in the area and good restaurants. Beautiful furniture and squeaky clean. Really enjoyed our stay. Centrally located within the Luberon region, easy and quick access to all the beautiful areas.

Alison and Costas are a dream team. Excellent hosts with a beautiful chateau for you to enjoy. Aline is great too. You’ll have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Great food and activity recommendations in the booklet. Be sure to visit all the markets you can, and try and eat at Le Flores- which was the perfect lazy lunch venue.

This house is a real dream. The furnishings are designed with a lot of love for detail – especially the wooden beams, natural stone walls and the stylish straw lights immediately ensured a holiday feeling. Outside it is just as beautiful as inside: the garden is well kept, the pool perfect for cooling off. Location is quiet, but not secluded – you are quickly in the next town, but have absolute privacy. The house is well equipped and super clean. Everything was just as shown in the pictures – if not better. I'd come back anytime. Unrestricted recommendation!

Our second stay at Eva's house was wonderful again. Everything is just right for us: the cozy clean accommodation, Eva's friendliness, the pretty village of Goult with very quickly accessible shops and good restaurants and the proximity to many excursion destinations.

A little slice of paradise and perfect for a couple. Quiet, private and with the most stunning views from the upper garden. The lower, paved, garden area is wonderful for eating outside, relaxing or having a dip in the pool. Offering both sun and shade at any time of the day. The cottage is spotlessly clean, very well equipped, comfortable bed and bags of character. Tamara was a wonderful host, incredibly welcoming and had lots of great recommendations.

Very nice and cozy stay at Helene’s “maisonette”. She is very quick to answer and was really welcoming when we arrived. The place was and felt super clean which is always a priority for me and it was very cozy. Thank you Helene for the hospitality!
