Independent Bordeaux cottage with private access

Our studio is a cottage with private entrance. It is located between the pretty Bordeaux train station and the iconic Capucins market. Our street is peaceful and flowery, like a hamlet in the city center in a typical Bordeaux style. Composed of a small living room, a sleeping area separated by Japanese curtains, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom/WC, it is very bright thanks to its large windows and retains its coolness in summer with its Bordeaux stone walls.

I propose in addition the rental of a secure parking space near the studio in the same area (less than 5 minutes by car and 12 minutes walk from the apartment).You will have the Netflix channel for free.

Hyper lumineux, calme, vue superbe sur Bordeaux et couchers de soleil, situé à 2 pas de tous les transports. (tram, bus, train, ter pour Arcachon et St-Emilion), à 20min à pied du centre ville. A quelques mètres de la gare, dans une rue très calme et sécurisée.
