A detached house in the city center, just for you. The very cozy living room can be transformed into a bedroom. Your fully equipped kitchen can accommodate up to six people. The first bedroom under the roof is equipped with a large double bed (160). The small attic bedroom has a single bed (90 cm). The basement, well heated in winter and naturally cool in summer, is the ideal refuge (140 cm bed). Finally, a small terrace is reserved for you to have lunch outside.

Located in the former stables of Verlaine, the house is a 10-minute walk to the Sacré Coeur. It has a lovely little garden. In the backyard. It is very quiet and very bright. It has 3 double bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 3 separate toilets. 2 cats live freely between the garden and the house, so beware of allergies. Our yard is cool and pleasant, however be careful not to speak too loudly and especially after 10pm so as not to disturb the neighbors.
