Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Park for free nearby or in the free parking lot at Place Paul Cézanne, as the studio is in the pedestrian streets of Gardanne.

La Bastide des Amandiers welcomes you to L'Appart, a nice cottage for 2 people (37 m2), located on the first floor of the main building with an independent outdoor entrance. You will also have at your disposal a small private summer kitchen in the garden as well as two sun loungers. We have two other cottages on our property where we welcome people looking for peace and quiet. No deckchairs are installed around to preserve everyone's privacy.

Located on the outskirts of Sainte-Victoire, 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, 20 minutes from Marseille and 30 minutes from Cassis, in absolute calm in the countryside. (house in the municipality of Fuveau but bordering the municipality of Meyreuil) ample parking is available on site. You have the option to explore the surrounding hills directly from the house, as our property is located at the foot of the hills.

Very close to shops (Store-Market/LIDL/bakery/pharmacy/McDonald's!/hairdressers... 5 min walk) and the city center of Gardanne offering a large Provencal market every Sunday morning (and a smaller market on Wednesdays and Fridays mornings). Next to a ranch and near a body of water with ducks... a studio of 30 m2 attached to the house, on a wooded property of 2000 m2 fenced with electric gate and swimming pool.
