Our apartment, bright and fully equipped, is located on the edge of the historic center. Rare: a garage is at your disposal. Air conditioning since 2023. Close to all amenities on foot (bakery...). The room overlooks a quiet inner courtyard. The pedestrian streets await you, the Cours Mirabeau, the Rotonde, are 500 meters away. The SNCF train station is 600 meters away, the bus station is 1 km away and the peaceful Jourdan Park is a stone's throw away. Close to the Granet Museum, Hotel de Caumont.

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)
