I had a great stay at this house during my visit to Monterrey. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures; clean, comfortable, and very private. Everything matched the description, and the host was excellent, very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It was in a central location with easy access and Uber was always available. Aside from a few issues with some of the beds, everything matched the description.

This was truly the perfect place for our family (8 people)! Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The terrace with pool was such a bonus. We look forward to our next visit so that we can book this great home again!

We stayed 2 weeks on vacation in this home and Bethia's place exceeded our expectations. Located in a gated community, it is in a safe and secure location. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the home upon check in. The garden and mountain view is simply beautiful; plenty of flowers, plants and wonderfully decorated. The photos are an accurate representation. The turtle "farm" was a bonus that the grandchildren really enjoyed feeding them! Plenty of restaurants nearby and a 5 minute Uber ride to major brand supermarkets/malls. Also, a 10 minute walk to the nearest Oxxo for ice or convenient store items. Everything in the home worked flawlessly; air conditioning, hot water, gas grill, washer/dryer, etc. Good wireless internet and very new television/streaming service. We are very pleased that we chose this home and will certainly check for it's availability when we return to MTY. My only suggestion would be for outdoor seating to better enjoy the garden and outdoors.

Very comfortable, clean, very cozy accommodation, I really liked the decor. Oscar is a very good host, very kind and attentive, quick to respond when we had a problem with the boiler. Very good location, very quiet area. We recommend it, we would rent it again.

Sandra and Juan have a great place in Cumbres. Its a house within a gated community, well safe and secured. The house boasts two full floors with ample bedrooms (x2), storage spaces, living rooms, and a great kitchen area with all the utilities. House is well furnished and living here is a comfort. Walmart and HEB are accessible and at short distance via car from the house. No disturbance of any sort in the house, No Safety issues. I had a car too and parked at the premises, all well with that. I received a Gat Tag from Juan, that allowed for easy entry from the Security gate to the house. The center Island park in the community is also a good place to hang out. Really comfortable place, I would say again on this, great hosts and amazing memories you could have in Monterrey with your stay here.
