House vacation rentals in Gangdong-myeon

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place was spotless—truly the cleanest I’ve stayed in so far. We were able to check in early, which was a huge plus. The indoor pool was fantastic —the water temperature was just right, and the host made sure it was perfectly adjusted again the next day. It really made the experience feel extra thoughtful and comfortable. What really stood out was the quality of the towels and bedding. I usually bring my own towels because most Airbnbs don’t meet my expectations, but here, everything felt like a luxury hotel. I didn’t need my own at all. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

I travel all around the world, and this is one of the best houses I’ve ever stayed in. The check-in process was very smooth, and when we walked in, there was music playing to welcome us. The house was incredibly clean and beautiful. I especially loved the jacuzzi, it made me want to stay forever haha. Two nights weren’t enough. The location is also great for walking everywhere. I’ll definitely come back if I ever return to Gyeongju.

First of all, I'm sorry for contacting you during cleaning due to the check-in time. The accommodation was a place with many good points, like many reviews. However, there was a barn nearby, so it smelled all the way to the yard, so it was uncomfortable when using the barbecue. It smells a lot every time the wind blows. I knew the kitchen was on the second floor, but I think it would be nice to have a refrigerator on the first floor or near the barbecue. Refrigerator and dining table on the 1st floor I think it would be better if there was a sofa on the second floor.

We travel a lot. And we often use AirBnB accommodations. Not all of them are on my account. Also through my wife. Just so you can understand what we're saying: this place is one of the top 3 of our worldwide experiences. Unbelievable. It was relaxed because we were informed from the start. There was a big festival in the old town on our weekend. And Sangmi informed us in time. She also kept a parking space free for us. Her mother - super sweet - welcomed us on foot and led us to the parking space that Sangmi had freed up at the same time. And this house!!!!!!! The architecture is simple and appealing and shapely and functional. Everything was thought out. We used both the hot tub and the Marshall speaker (inside) and the water filter. She also provided us with super nice and also practical goodies. Everything was 1a and we would come back any time!!!!!!

8 of us visited, and it was so nice! The inside of the house was so clean, and I used the barbecue on a rainy day, and it was so nice and quaint. There were no other houses around, so I was able to have fun relatively comfortably until late. I highly recommend it as a large family accommodation!

The accommodation is beautiful. ^^ It's the same in the photos. I misunderstood the time and checked out late. You were considerate. The floor was slippery when the water ran out. My son fell down... I think you just have to be careful about that.

I wish I could have stayed for more than one night at Unhyung’s place. It was a perfect getaway from Seoul and my family had a wonderful time here. During the day, we sat on the maru for some snacks where it felt cool and breezy. At night, we enjoyed using the fire place located in the front yard. The place was equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. I highly recommend this place.

All the bedding and towels are clean and well maintained, so the whole family uses it well. There was a canal right in front, so it was nice to take a walk.

I happened to spend a night here, but it was such a nice accommodation that I experienced a day where all my tiredness disappeared. It was really nice. I will definitely visit next time.

The accommodation was so clean and the interior was beautiful, so I wanted to stay another day. I kept praising my friends who went with me for finding it. Hahaha. There were all kinds of cute tableware, so it was so comfortable, and the bed was really comfortable, so I slept well!!! I want to go again.

It's located around Youngildae, so it's easy to access! It was easy to walk around at night because you can go out to Yeongildae within 8 minutes on foot! The room was large and there were many beds, so it was good to accommodate a lot of people. It was a little disappointing that there was no TV, but I spent time connecting to the radio on the Bluetooth speaker. There are✅ foam cleansing, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and towels, so you only need to bring a toothbrush! No ✅ water (there are many convenience stores around the property, so you can buy it)

The owner of the accommodation is so kind! Usually, they don't contact you first to say that you can check in early, but they contacted me to say that the cleaning was done quickly and that I could check in early if I needed to. ~ They told me to contact them if I needed anything during my stay, and they shared food with me, so I was so grateful. The accommodation was prettier and cleaner than the pictures~ I was able to enter even in the daytime, and each of the interior accessories was pretty, so I took a lot of pictures and rested well. First of all, the accommodation was so clean and each plant was a place of affection. I used it with my sister, mom, and me, and the babies, so 6 people used it, but I was worried that it would be a little small, but it was enough. My brother-in-law especially liked the annex. My baby fell in the middle, so I washed the clothes once, but it was nice to have a washing machine and a dryer :) I left a piece of clothing, and they kindly sent it to me by courier. Thank you. I visit Bulguksa every year around May and June, and I want to use this place again next year.

Also, the accommodation was close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and tourist attractions, so it was good to walk. It's the best for the price! It's much larger and cleaner than the photos! It was so nice to have two bathrooms! There are two toilets, so you can use them without waiting. The large bathroom is also neat and clean with pink tiles! Yeongildae Beach is also a 5-10 minute walk away! I was worried about parking, but it was so nice to have a parking space right in front of the accommodation! It's a place I want to stay again next time I go to Pohang! Overall, it was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the barbecue grill, so it was nice to barbecue on the terrace with a nice view. The lighting on the terrace is bright and the atmosphere is nice.

I've experienced countless stays in countless travel destinations, but there were few places where I felt the attention to detail and consideration like "Goyeon". What impressed me the most was the cleanliness. It was the first stay where I had enough faith to skip my own sanitation routine for the first time during my trip. It's hard to mention specifically because there are parts that are tailored to each guest, but for us, it was a truly satisfying stay. Personally, I believe that there is no '100% more satisfying accommodation than home' in the world, and I think that if you want to find fault with any place, you can. However, the completion of the space, the host's thoughtful consideration, and the quick and sincere response shone enough to surpass all those trivial parts. I believe that anyone who visits this place will not be disappointed in the host's hard work. Goyeon was not just a place to stay, but a place to experience. It was a pleasant time to get closer to nature, and it was a stay that I will remember for a long time.
