Great value. Worthwhile if positioning yourself to explore that area of Jakarta, usually too much traffic if having to go towards Central. Building has laundry and convenience stores at ground level. Sounds of normal residential area should be expected, other residents, prayer call and nearby road.

Very nice place to stay with a great view. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a long day in the heat.

Pros : Location in the middle of jakarta so it's close to everywhere. The shower is really okay with the water pressure. Very clean and well equipped. The view is pretty good because it's on the 30th floor. There are snacks & mineral water, plus a large & cold refrigerator. Every room has air conditioning. The host is very helpful & responsive There are a lot of snack places around. Cons : Jammed on the way to & from work, it's a bit congested, that's normal. Perfect space for 3 adults, if more + suitcases maybe the space is a little less spacious. Check-in/check-out time straight 2pm-11am lol

It was a pleasant stay overall! We really enjoyed our time here. However, we did find a few small bugs in the kitchen. Aside from that, everything else was great and we had a good experience staying here!! ☺️

Good place, unfortunate that i could not stayed longer

The space is clean. I really enjoyed staying here. The host was very friendly. I left something in the apartment after I checked out and the host was very helpful to resolve my issue. The rooms were clean and smells nice. Recommended.

Farah was friendly and communicative. She responded to our conversation quickly and very much accommodating to our changes. The house was superb and located on a nice location. The bathtub was very much enjoyable after a long day under the sun.

We had a wonderful stay at Nowy’s place. The place was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the stunning views from the balcony, the convenient location close to the Mall’s and the host's warm hospitality. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

Good location walkable to china town and TransJakarta station. There is a convinience store, starbucks and some local and Chinese eateries downstairs. The building may not be the newest, but the furniture and equipment in the apartment are brand new. Nice and responsive host. Will stay again next time.

Airbnb is clean & neat. Comfortable to stay at. The airbnb is very close to central park mall & soho via tunnel. Just 5 - 10mins walk. Food restaurant nearby & 24hrs mart as well for munchiesss. Recommended!

Host is very accomodating and helpful to every queries ask. Travelled in group of 4. The place offers 2 bedrooms, 1 shared toilet with heater and washing machine, living room with tv that offers local tv shows (and Mi Stick with Netflix - you can log in own account and don't forget to log out!), plenty of mirrors - good for ladies, small kitchen/dining area with fridge, water dispenser with hot, warm and cold setting, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Location is also strategic, next to Thamrin City and easy for ehailing/driver to pick up to-fro. Rooms for improvement - hoping more pillows and comforter especially for the single bed room with extra bed, and for longer stay, perhaps can offer bigger trash bin/can.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.
