Mansion vacation rentals in Galveston

Amazing view all day long! Such an amazing view of the beach walking down every morning! Our family had such an amazing time made so many memories will definitely recommend this home to everyone! Cannot wait to our next trip out there!

This was a great place to stay. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need. The half bath is actually an outside shower stall for washing off sand, not toilet. It was super handy as we like to keep a clean floor in the house. The fridge and panty do have many items that guests have left… some of which are repetitive (5 mustards, etc). While I appreciated the communal items, it made it difficult to store our items in the fridge but I definitely see the benefit and sentiments. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!! We had a slow drain in the master bath and Thomas sent a plumber first thing! No issues afterwards! We had a party of 5 adults and felt comfortable. Great view of the beach from the deck and literally less than a two minute walk to the beach. About 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Galveston, just what we wanted. We would stay here again!!! Thank you for sharing your house with us!!!

Wow! What an incredible place and an incredible host. We've stayed at over 30 Airbnbs and this is the only host that has gone this above and beyond - stocking the kitchen in anticipation of our Thanksgiving feast, a doggie basket with toys for our pups, a gorgeous pecan dessert and yummy pasta/sauce on the kitchen table, a zoom call to welcome us and to find out what else we needed (she ordered us more kitchen utensils & a fan from Target). The home feels like a home. Super clean, lots of character - high ceilings, lovely woodwork, lots of light, a sweet fully fenced in yard, and large comfy bedrooms. There are two bathrooms but everyone ends up using 1 upstairs as their main bathroom since it's the one with a shower - not an issue for us just FYI. The neighborhood is super walkable - so many gorgeous homes on every block. Easy to get to the Strand, beach and Broadway. Two thumbs way up for people with or without dogs! Simply amazing. Our group of 6 women thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully redone historic home. The house looked just like the pictures and was accurately described. Everything was neat and clean. The pool was a nice treat. The communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. We were sent a video tour of the house and several helpful videos. We would recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay on Crystal Beach, especially for a family with kids. The walk to the beach from the home was super quick and easy since the path is right next door. There is even a trail directly behind the home that isn’t hard for agile people that makes the very small amount of steps even smaller to get to the sand, which is helpful if you’re carrying something out. Our kids loved the pool and this is one of the knit houses we’ve seen with a pool up on the deck level to make watching kids super easy. The hot tub was nice too. The pool and hot tub we saw cleaned twice during our super short stay which was even more than we expected. The kids loved the two bunk bed rooms. It had everything we needed and more. The painting TV in the living room is on the smaller side, but it was fine.

This house is AWESOME!! and Ms. Mandy is a GREAT host!! The only small issue we had was the hot tub would not get that warm. However, my family and friends had a WONDERFUL time!! We will love to stay here again!!!

Everything was just as described and in photos. Pool was actually larger than photos looked to me. Coffee Shop, Restaurants and boutiques are .9 miles away. Beautiful surroundings, manicured horse pasture across the street, parking for at least 6 cars in the driveway. Very, very comfortable beds and bedding, two master suites, one up and one down. TV's in 3 bedrooms and living room. Jason left a smores kit for us which was a great hit with the kiddos and easy on the parents with the gas fire pit.( One small note: if you have a small dog the fence is a board fence they can get under).With the perfection of everything else, I would highly Recommend Jasons home !

Beautiful home inside. Clean, beautiful bathrooms, kitchen, and the pool. The downside is the stairs everyday and especially with luggage. Its location is also far from restaurants and downtown, you spend at least 30 minutes drive to and at least 30 minutes back. Overall if you are looking to be out to pier and downtown with restaurants this might be too far and expensive stay. If you’re looking to relax and stay in place this might be pricey but perfect for seclusion.

Honeysuckle Blue was a fantastic rental!! Beautiful, large living space and well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the beach and multiple balconies were great for early morning coffee or late night drink!! Everything you could need for pets was provided and a cute welcome gift for kiddos!! Appreciated all the extra beach towels!!! We were offered an early check in which was fantastic!! We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at The White House. This historic home is absolutely gorgeous! The owners were very friendly and always responded quickly. It slept 9 people comfortably. Lots to do within walking distance. Sugar & Rye across the street was a delicious restaurant with friendly staff. We ended up eating there once for lunch and once for dinner. We definitely reccomend the beautiful AirBNB!

We had a wonderful family get together in this lovely house with a view of the beach and a glimmer of the Pier at night Ample room in the open floor plan to accommodate 8 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was as described and easy to manuever so that prep, cooking, buffet style serving, and clean up was not a chore. We ate the majority of our meals at the house. Bedrooms were as described with comfortable size rooms and full bathrooms, except for the bunkroom that had a 1/2 bath. Although the bunkroom is on the top floor, we brought a baby monitor to insure safety. Loved having a washer and dryer available. The beach was accessible as described and the house included the beach wagons, chairs, umbrella and beach toys. A perk when car trunk space is limited. There's plenty to do in Galveston and the property location makes it easy to enjoy the city. I must give kudos to the hostess, Anna. She was responsive and proactive from the moment I booked the property until our stay ended.

The Purple Sandcastle was great!! I Took my mom for her 66th birthday. The house was fantastic and for my mom and aunt the elevator was why we picked this one as my aunt had just recently had a hip replacement and my mom had one awhile back. The beach was very well maintained. This time of year there is a lot of seaweed and the other beaches were covered but the private beach here was excellent. We would definitely be coming back here. The hosts are also very responsive and very nice.

This is a perfect house for a large family vacation. Plenty of space - it never felt overcrowded and we had 16 people! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. Home is beautifully decorated and laid out. Pam was very informative and even checked on us during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

The property is just as described, my family had plenty of space and we really enjoyed our time there. Tammy was very responsive and accommodating to check in time. Very beautiful view and home. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and not too overwhelming.

Our stay here was perfect. The house is stocked with most essentials in the kitchen and we were able to use a tent, chairs, and beach toys that were provided. We loved that all couples had their own bathroom. The location is private but also very close to town. We never needed to reach out to Gary but he made himself readily available if needed and is very responsive. We had an amazing time and hope to be back!

This is a great place for larger or multiple families to stay together. The house is wonderful and has a great layout for all the guests to have privacy, or to gather and be together. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but still only a 5 min golf cart ride to the beach. Thank you for such a great location!

The Airbnb exceeded our expectations with its great condition and amenities. The house was also very clean contributing to a relaxing and comfortable environment. Additionally The house was in a great location making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family. We would 100% stay here again. The neighborhood felt safe and it was the perfect location for the activities we wanted to do. This was the cleanest and most organized Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The only issue we had was initially getting into the place, but once get down the locks and doors - it was easy. This home was the perfect place for our group of 8 individuals. Plenty of space to hang out inside and out. Pool was fantastic and covered patio space was perfect to get out of the sun but still enjoy the breeze and fresh air. Furnishings are well done and beds comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed to cook in a couple of nights. Jamaica Beach is such a great neighborhood (very quiet and peaceful) with a mini mart at the entrance for those last minute items. Would absolutely stay here again.
