2 Private Bedrooms with a queen bed and 1 Bath apartment on the ground floor; (no stairs). The property is in the East End Historic District. Just a short distance to the Strand, Cruise Terminals, Beach and Restaurants. The ground-floor apartment is separate from the second floor and includes a utility room with washer and dryer. In addition to the two queen beds a pullout trundle bed with two single mattresses is located in the den/TV room. Stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and snacks.

The Botanical gives guests a hotel feel while enjoying the cozy comforts of their own unique short-term living bedroom and full bath. Our building is also located adjacent to the UTMB medical complex and just minutes from the historic Strand district. Be one of our first guests!
