Welcome to The Island Courtyard. This beautifully decorated downstairs 1800 sq ft unit is only 6 blocks from the gulf. You will enter through a charming courtyard complete with dinning area and fire pit. Once inside, you will find yourself in the living room complete with small bar and laundry room.The bedrooms are located at each end of the house for privacy as well as a full bath for each. Enjoy the stainless chef inspired kitchen and spacious dinning area. There is a residence upstairs.

The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.
