You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. The property is located by the sea, on Galtö on the way out to Resö. Right between Strömstad and Grebbestad. The guest cottage with sea view is on our property about 50m from the sea. Within a distance of three miles there are four golf courses. Galtö also offers great fishing waters for sea trout and fantastic forest walks. From the terrace you can enjoy the sun and sea views. My place is good for couples, couples, golfers, fly fishermen. Also a dog is welcome.
