Villa Picuccia is a lovely Costa Smeralda villa in the countryside of San Pantaleo, with spectacular views stretching from mountains in the south-west, through a valley of vineyards and olive trees, to the Mediterranean Sea in the bay of Cannigione. With comfortable rooms, a gorgeous pool area and large terraces with panoramic views, you won't need to leave the property at all, but the wonderful restaurants, beaches, and other pleasures of the Costa Smeralda are all within just 15 mins by car.

Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione la piscina ad uso esclusivo e un posto auto privato. Qui ritroverete la pace dei sensi. Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Il centro e la spiaggia sono a due passi: se vieni qui ti dimenticherai la macchina per qualche giorno!

Small country house in northern Sardinia

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

Suite with private whirlpool

The suite is located in the Monte Contros district of Porto San Paolo, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. The suite consists of a double bedroom, a private bathroom and a well-kept garden in which the hot tub is located for exclusive use. The accommodation is totally independent. Every detail has been taken care of to create a pure visual experience, free of distractions, which induces a feeling of immediate relaxation as in an oasis of peace.

It is a beautifully located holiday home, on a hillside 80 m abovesea level with 180 degree sea views from the spacious sun deck, nestled in rocky surroundings and Mediterranean plants. It offers sea views from all rooms as well as direct access to the terraces. Shared pool with stunning ocean views and a nearby sandy beach "Li Cossi" (15 min walk) complete the stay.
