We had a wonderful stay. Everything that we needed was available & convenient. The house was great! The decor, the amenities, and all of the space was more than expected!! We would definitely rent this house again! 😊

Timothy was a great host. Easy to communicate with. The house is very nice. The beds and pillows are comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to make family dinners. Our child loved playing with the toys available. Timothy was extremely helpful in arranging pickup for items we forgot at the house after our stay. I would recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

Eight of us very much enjoyed our week at the Shell Shack. Laura's home was lovely, clean, and spacious. Laura was easy to work with and always responded quickly. The sunset view was second to none! We also were grateful for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood/surrounding area. The bay view was relaxing and pretty from the front porch and we spent a lot of time eating our meals outside. We'd absolutely rent this home again.

The location on the water is beautiful. Four friends enjoyed a cold, rainy April weekend with a nonstop wood burning fire in the living room (thanks May for setting up our first fire, and alerting us to where the extra wood was.). Perfect place to hang in our pajamas under blankets, looking at the river, talking and eating, and just disconnecting for awhile.

Great little place! had everything that I needed for a work vacation. Close to stores and to the parkway. Inside was equipped with everything that I needed and exceptionally clean. Beighborhood was great for walking dogs.

We visited with our dogs during the off season. We found the home as described in this listing. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was peaceful. We made use of the keurig each morning and enjoyed our coffee on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Easy drive over the bridge to LBI. We actually planned to rent a place on LBI when we found this place and decided to give it a try — we ended up really loving beach haven west and this house and hope to return!

Can't say enough good things about Allison's spot. It was one of the best-stocked Airbnbs I've ever stayed at. It was so nice to have bikes in the shed, a big outdoor space for the dogs, and all the kitchen utensils you'd need for yummy dinners at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and quaint and so close to everything you'd need + that it was only a 5-minute drive down to the boardwalk. We were generally sad to leave at the end of our stay, and look forward to coming back for another visit very soon! Thanks again Allison!

This was such a comfortable and clean stay! We had a family reunion in manahawkin and the house was perfect to accommodate our party. There was plenty of room in the living room for us all to hang out comfortably and every room was equipped with comfy bedding and a tv! There is a bagel place and grocery store within a 10 min walk. The house was very clean. We would absolutely stay again!

We have experienced over 30 Airbnbs globally, and this one truly stands out as one of our top five stays. Sabine's responsiveness is remarkable; she addresses every inquiry, even the more challenging ones, with genuine kindness, making you feel genuinely welcome—unlike many places that give off a museum-like vibe, leaving you hesitant to touch anything or ask too many questions. This property is ideal for families with children and is exceptionally accommodating for elderly family members, as it is conveniently located on the first floor. It's also just a short walking distance from Chabad, perfect for those observing the Sabbath. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities, such as complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as cozy chairs in every bedroom. This level of attention to detail truly enhances the overall experience, making it a memorable and comfortable stay. Book this place if you are going to Ventnor. It is fantastic!

Sara's unit was comfortable, quiet, private, and clean. She was responsive and kind throughout the visit, and puts extra thought into the amenities she provides her guests. There was a basket of delicious mints, various coffee options for the Keuring, and a basket of snacks. The fridge was stocked with Fiji waters and seltzers too! The couch and bed were both comfortable. There were plenty of towls. Sara was kind enough to offer a late checkout to us which was much appreciated. FYI - the shampoo is a 2-in-1 "conditioning shampoo" and there isn't a separate conditioner. It worked well for me but at first I thought there wasn't conditioner, so just a heads up.

The house was just what we needed when we were in the area for a wedding. I really appreciated the easy communication with our hosts.

John’s place on LBI was such a charming and relaxing beach getaway. Just steps away from the beach with great views from the deck and a fun outside patio with games. The place was super clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only downside was having to leave! I highly recommend this host and his property.

We loved everything about this house! It's well decorated, spacious, comfortable and very thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach. The location is excellent - it's a few minutes walk to the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. And Andrew & Amy are gracious and accommodating hosts. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

I came here on the first day of spring with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and I honestly can’t say enough great things about the place. Wendy is a true Superhost, leaving great snacks and beverages which was a blessing for us because we stayed inside that whole first day. She allowed early check in which we truly appreciated. Popping in to say hi and check on us, she is an absolutely hilarious and kind person. Feeding the swans daily was an absolute dream! I even got to take some great birthday photos with them. The screened in porch and backyard was a wonderful hangout spot, absolutely ideal on a warm day. The place actually felt really clean when we got there, which is something we often don’t experience in Airbnb. The bathroom shower was absolutely amazing!! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. This place is an absolute steal, and I highly recommend you book it if you’re looking at it. I truly hope to come back in the future. Thanks again Wendy!

Wish I could’ve met the beautiful faces behind this beautiful property! I was however late for my check in. My plans went so south but my host & my stay was amazing & well needed. If you come across any property listed by them GO! I promise you won’t regret it! I actually can’t wait to go back. Peaceful & breathtaking!!!!

Was looking for a peaceful getaway and my God that I find it I was lucky enough to meet the property owners during my stay and they were both incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. The neighborhood itself was all friendly and the view and surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful I did not want to leave and cannot wait to return. Brand new gym with a perfect view of the lake, beautiful little sandy shore. Truly peaceful, and relaxing place to be. Dog friendly (all dogs were all on leashes so that’s a huge win) Porch had a gate so the dog could hangout. Wildlife all around. Truly a steal.

We had a blast! A group of us rented both cabins and we all had a great time and loved that you don’t need to lower the music and there is no one around to bother you. Perfect peaceful place

This place is absolutely perfect for nature lovers. William was very responsive, and my wife, child, and I stayed for nearly 10 days. It was a wonderful escape — ideal for a relaxing weekend or a longer getaway.

We had a great time! Everything was clean. There was so much to do for the kids and family as a whole. Quick drive to beaches. We brought cleaning supplies to help keep up through the week, all purpose cleaner, paper towels, broom etc. would recommend doing your grocery shopping prior to coming, the acme was super over priced but 5 mins down the road if you forgot anything (obviously no fault to DTS). Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had the best week and will definitely be back!
