Cottage beautifully located on a former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 40 km southwest of Östersund. Here you are close to the mountains, forest areas and Storsjön. The farm is 600 meters from the village center with an ICA store, pastry shop, gas station, electric car charger, health center and more. At the school, there is a well-equipped playground that can be used during the summer. Kitchen, toilet, shower, sofa and a bed on the lower floor. Other bedrooms upstairs. Private patio.

Welcome to our newly-built vacation home in scenic Vemdalskalet! With proximity to the ski slope and a stone's throw from cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and snowshoe trails. The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.

Sängplatser: sovloft 140 cm bredd och bäddsoffa 140 cm bredd = 4 sängplatser totalt. Tillhörande bäddmadrasser ger sköna sängar. Litet badrum med dusch, toalett och handfat. Matbord och fyra stolar. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Kombinerat allrum och sovrum, 2 våningssängar samt en extra säng i köket. På ön finns endast utedass. Trädgårdsmöbler och grill utanför stugan. Uthyrning vår, sommar och höst.

In the nearby area, there are ski trails, a slalom slope, fishing and snowmobile trails. St:olovsleden trail runs right outside the house.
