Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Der neu gebaute Stall hat Bodenheizung und einen Schwedenofen für zusätzliche Wärme. Außen blieb er unverändert, innen entstand ein isoliertes Haus mit privater Terrasse. Das Erdgeschoss bietet eine neue Küche mit Kochfeld, Backofen, kleinem Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Kombi-Waschmaschine. Eine Eckbank und ein Esstisch sorgen für Gemütlichkeit. Auf der Galerie liegt ein Doppelbett mit Blick auf originale Balken. Das Bad mit Dusche verfügt über eine Elektroheizung für kalte Tage.

In winter, the snow-covered valley descent to Gaschurn passes almost at the front door, and in summer, various hiking trails and the Versettla cable car, whose middle station is only ten minutes away, are attractive.
