Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 400 μέτρων, ενώ πολλές άλλες παραλίες βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξοπλισμένο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, τουαλέτα με μπανιέρα, κλιματισμό, wi-fi, μεγάλο σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

Includes two bedrooms, (one twin bedroom with balcony and one double bedroom), full equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and veranda with view of the port of Gaios and Saint Nicholas’s island.
