Spacious open plan venue upstairs in a Barn style dwelling next door to our home. We can cater to up to 5 guests (min age 12 ). We have 1 king and 3 single beds. We are not really suited to wedding groups and only the booked guests are welcome. The Barn is located in farmland between Warragul and Drouin. The listed fee is for 2 guests, an extra fee applies to each extra guest, also our advertised rate is for Monday to Thursday, extra fees apply for Friday. Pets live here with us too.

There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, short drive to Leongatha, yet peaceful and quiet. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process super easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The place was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more), and the view from the Glasshouse was simply stunning - such a wonderful place to have a glass of wine! Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming—check-in was seamless. It's clear they put a lot of care into creating a great experience for their guests. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I’m already dreaming about coming back!

What a beautiful and luxurious barn stay experience. The photos don’t capture that immaculate attention to detail and thoughtful finishes throughout. Felt like we could have been in the middle of the bush, with the fire going, yet only 5 minutes from town. Best of both worlds. The barn is truly a credit to Wayne & Joy, exceptional craftsmanship and sophisticated styling. They were very warm & attentive with communication and respectful of privacy. We can’t wait to come back. A real treat for those who want a cosy weekend away.
