I was happy with the rest and conditions of accommodation. Very convenient location - close to a market and a shop where you can buy everything you need. The road to the sea takes about 15 minutes if you walk slowly. But this is not at all tense, given what kind of air you breathe... Agudzera is a wonderful place for a family, calm and measured rest away from the hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place - few people - a lot of oxygen)).

If you are looking for a clean, cozy and modern apartment in Sukhum, then this is the place for you! We stayed in the apartment from December 30 to January 7. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. Many sleeping areas: 3 sofas and a double bed. Spacious dresser in the bedroom. During our stay the weather was cool (+4) but the apartment was very warm (one room has air conditioning for heating) and the bedroom has a heater. There were no problems with the hot water, the electricity was not turned off. There is a washing machine and even a high chair (with toddlers it is convenient!). The kitchen has enough utensils, appliances and accessories: oven, stove, electric kettle, microwave, microwave). Lots of outlets, everything is thought out, there is a TV. A cozy four-story house with a nice and quiet courtyard, near the center of Sukhum. The sea is 5 minutes of walking, the husband had jogs along the sea every morning. We traveled by car, so there were no problems getting to cafes/restaurants and attractions. Ksenia was always available and gave valuable recommendations for restaurants and shops, answered any questions in a timely manner. We appreciate a comfortable stay on trips, this apartment fully met our expectations. Felt like home! Thank you Ksenia for a great stay!

Many thanks to Sergei, the flat is great. Large, clean, air-conditioned, which was very helpful during the day. Also well working WIFI, it was important for me as even from vacation I had to work. The location of the apartment is also great - close to the beach. (The beach is clean and few people.) Near the apartment there is a market and a small shop, which was also very convenient. Special thanks to Sergei for meeting me from the station, taking me to the apartment and telling me everything where everything is. I really liked it, if I go to Abkhazia again, I will try to stay at Sergei's place.

The apartment was so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment. Whenever I visit Zugdidi, I definitely use it again.

Perfect location for those with a child. There is a good playground in the courtyard, there are also two excellent large areas across the street. 5 minutes down to the sea - and there on the embankment there is a huge play complex for children with trampolines, swings and slides (the entrance cost is 2022 - 300 rubles unlimited). Just behind the house there is a bakery - everything is delicious and hot, opposite there are grocery stores , vegetable shops on two sides. There is a huge supermarket across the street, where there is everything. And public transport stop, where you can go to the mocha beach for 5 rubles by trolleybus) It is within walking distance to the central market, two blocks, 7-10 minutes on foot. Inside the apartment everything is fine, as in the photo, beautiful, the kitchen has all the utensils, the appliances are all working, in perfect condition. The water heater keeps very hot water, long and plenty. The couch is nice, sleeping is comfortable, so is the cot. The only drawback for girls with a full suitcase of clothes is there is no wardrobe 🙈 I hung dresses on a dryer for clothes, also normal )) The host is very nice person, helped with things. Our stay went smoothly.

Aleksander is a responsive and courteous host who helped me with logistics and was flexible with check-in. The apartment itself was clean and true to the listing and is located within walking distance of both the train and bus station. Great value generally and is located in a nice area. Would recommend for a Poti stay.

We were immediately honestly warned about possible nuances, such as turning off the lights (which is the norm for Abkhazia) or what can be cool in the apartment (we rested in December), but the apartment was warm, there is air conditioning and a heater. The apartment is suitable for accommodation at any time of the year. A downtown location. Everything is a short walk away. In the courtyard of the house there is a shop, the sea is a 5-minute walk away, there are many cafes and diners nearby Nearby there is a public transport stop (if you go to another city). Everything is fine. The apartment is clean and warm, there are enough towels and dishes. The bathroom, kitchen and loggia have warm floors. To the sea 10 minutes. Nearby, behind the railway, there is a big good supermarket.

Stayed at Adgur's place in July 2021. The host is very hospitable,attentive,good-natured. Always been in touch. He showed me everything, told me. He advised me to visit, it's better to eat. The apartment has all thatis needed to live. The beach is really in a walking distance. Neighbors are friendly and open people. We are very happy with the rest! Thank you so much)))

The apartment is very comfortable for two: a spacious room, a comfortable kitchen, a large folding sofa, and there is another extra bed. The shower cabin is really tight, but this is not such a huge drawback. Ruslan is responsive, quick to help.

The host, Arthur and his mom Aida, are very helpful and decent people. They meet and see off their guests without problems, respond quickly to their requests, throughout the rest, whether everything is fine, if there are any needs for the guest, they try to help immediately and satisfy their desire.

Very hospitable host. The room is clean, cozy, the view from the balcony is gorgeous. The location is convenient, close to the beach, The only negative is that the elevator does not always work and noisy at night outside. Otherwise ok)

Nuri and his wife Diana were extremely hospitable. Nouri is always very responsive, we didn't meet him but his wife Diana was waiting for us when we arrived. When we asked her for a good place to eat from around the house she took us around town with her brother and took us to one of the best restaurants in Sukhumi and even helped us picking abkhaian dishes from the menue. We were extremely pleased with everythingin the house which was recently renovated and super clean. I will definitely stay at Nuri's house again.
