We had a rest in August, 2019. Very hospitable hosts. Clean, both in the house and on the premises. The pictures of the house correspond to reality. We were renting the second floor of the house. Private entrance. Its own large terrace, where we spent all evenings. Huge apartment (about 100 m2). Not far from the city center. The beach is a 15 minute walk. Possibility to put a car in the yard In general, our family really enjoyed everything. Thanks to hosts for their hospitality.

A wonderful and very comfortable place very near the sea. An entire house located on the ground floor with two separate rooms and a kitchen/hall, has a cozy shared yard. The house is very clean, quiet even if the road is quite close, and a clever construction keeps it cold even during a hot day. Miranda is a great host and together with her staff are very caring and attentive. A great value for money. Ideal for family stay.

The house is hundred times better than in the photos, if feels lived in. My friends and i wanted to spend new years in a warmer environment and away from people considering the pandemic, well this was perfect isolated with a yard and lots of space to goof around. All The amenities were there, host left instructions and was always a phone call away, very kind and thoughtful. House is clean and the sea is literally 100 steps from home. Will definitely come again. Best wishes

Temur,a welcoming host! Helped with arranging a transfer to the airport and tours. He suggested and told us what to see and where to eat. The house has spacious air-conditioned rooms and a kitchen. In the yard, fruit trees and grapes. Exit the gate directly to the beach. The beach is big, the sea is clean. Thank you for a great stay!

I don't particularly like to write reviews, but this time I won't hold back. The very hospitable and welcoming host was especially hospitable in the Caucasian way. The place where the house is located is in a very pleasant, atmospheric and secluded place. The courtyard where you can park more than one car is clean and well-maintained. Two palm trees and lots of fruit trees are pleasing to the eye. The selected room was clean and tidy. Zaur, the host, gave me some of his own wine and saw me off to the sea. By the way, it turned out to be not so far, just a 10-15 minute walk. On the way, we listened to the history of the glorious city of Sukhumi and the country as a whole. In the evening we were surprised by the hospitable hosts, kebabs and local treats. In general, leaving home, we took away only positive emotions and maybe a little sadness from parting with such a nice and hospitable place.

This was truly the best stay of our entire Georgia trip and a memory we will cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, our hosts, Mariyam’s lovely mother welcomed us with such warmth and kindness (allowed early checkin) that it instantly felt like a home away from home. Mariyam and her mother were incredibly sweet, helpful and always available whenever we needed guidance, whether it was about transport, sightseeing or local recommendations. Her mother, despite the language barrier communicated with a beautiful mix of Georgian, English and gestures which made every conversation lively, cute and unforgettable. One of the most touching experiences was when they invited us for dinner and thoughtfully prepared delicious vegetarian dishes just for us, knowing our dietary preferences — a gesture that truly moved us. That evening turned into a beautiful cultural exchange where we shared stories, learned about Georgian traditions. Definitely a 10 ⭐️ stay.

The place keeps what it promises, it's great, the property is great, the beach with dark sand just around the corner. The landlord is helpful, quickly in the implementation of wishes and he makes his guests feel that they are welcome. Thank you!

This is a very spacious and fun house with a huge and well-stocked kitchen. Ten of us fit around the table, and there was still a lot of space left for more making it a great place for large groups. The views of the Black Sea and sunset from multiple porches and balconies were fantastic.
