An absolutely amazing place and a great host. The location is great for beautiful walks and the local markets (only 5 min walk away) is a really nice experience of Paris.

The studio fully matches the photos. Modern and very functional it is perfectly suited to short stays as well as longer thanks to its full equipment. Indeed, having started a new job in Paris, it served as my residence for a few months while I found a permanent accommodation. The hosts are a rare kindness, very responsive and reachable at any time. There's really nothing to complain about! 5-star welcome! Thank you!

We stayed three nights in this apartment and are very satisfied. It was easy to find and we could park for free on the street, which is ideal if you come by car, as we did. The apartment was spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the host went smoothly; she responded quickly to our questions. For example, when we didn't know how the microwave worked, we immediately got a clear explanation. There is a possibility to travel to the city by public transportation, but we did not do that. For us, this was a bit too cumbersome because of the transfer. We chose to travel with Uber, which worked very well, there was always a quick Uber available. All in all a pleasant stay, especially if you love peace and don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. You get a large, clean apartment in a quiet area.

Ludmila’s place was great ! Could recommend it enough. Would definitely book there again for my next trip. The train station is opposite the apartment but not noisy at all. It takes about 30 minutes to get into Paris and is very well connected with bus stops close by..The place was very clean with a very comfortable bed. Ludmila was very quick to respond to any questions I had and the check in and out process was very easy.

Guillaume was very responsive! The place was very clean and perfect for our stay in Paris. About a 10-15 min walk to the RERA which will take you right to Paris as well as directly to Disneyland. One tip is try and pack light because there are some stairs to walk up. Made the mistake of having a heavy bag! Other than that great location, accommodation, and host!

We are super happy and enjoyed the apartment very much! It was clean and tidy. There was everything you might need. Isabelle has also given tips on restaurants and how we can get to different places. She has been very helpful and friendly. You can hear the street quite well, but that was nothing that bothered us. The area is nice and quiet and easy to get to both Paris city center and Disneyland. We can really recommend Isabelle's apartment!

It has been great stay with everything as described. Location is very close to RER A station which makes it extremely convenient to visit Paris. Host is flexible for check in timings based on availability which helped us to check in early and freshen up.

I was in absolute bliss the minute we stepped inside. The balcony view really made it feel like I had my own little Parisian home. The only thing I would’ve had preferred is if there was a little more light on the walk home from the train station. Other than that, never felt threatened or worried about my safety or my wife’s safety. Will DEFINITELY consider staying here again. Also, I’d probably consider paying for the extra set of linens just to have some blankets out in the living room area. Thank you! Merci!

Excellent experience. A comfortable apartment with very nice modern decor, very well equipped, very clean, and very quiet. Easily accessible (nearby transport), with supermarket, pharmacy and bakery nearby. Parking is available if needed. And great responsive, attentive, considerate hosts. I recommend it 400%

i had a great time during my stay. Joe and Laurence went above and beyond. They are kind and welcoming, and would gladly spend time with them. The area is quiet and relaxing. I'd definitely pick their home to stay anytime!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!

Small touches on our arrival: water, treats, gels and soap in the bathroom. Clean accommodation and close to Paris

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
