Kate is really very nicely located, spacious and very tastefully decorated. There is a great view of the countryside, a boule court and nice neighbors. We felt very welcome. In the middle of nature, but you can get anywhere by car in about 30-40 minutes. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and the equipment of kitchen utensils sufficiently available. The location is just wonderfully quiet, to relax. We recommend a trip to the island of Hiddensee, the ferry runs from Schaprode. Worth seeing if you are by car, the Skywalk am Königsstuhl followed by a visit to the 'Kleine Försterei', Cape Akona, a visit to the 'Büchezirkus' in Binz and of course the beautiful bathrooms. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. i can agree with all the good positive reviews. We felt very comfortable. Check in easy.. Accommodation was clean and very nicely decorated with love 👍 Dominik was always available and was able to help us with problems right away. Kitchen is well equipped and equipped with high-quality products. You had everything you need. Sauna and massage chair were a highlight. Funkhouse was great for my children. We highly recommend the cottage. The place is very nicely decorated and we felt right at home. The apartment is quite the same as the photos. The kitchen was super equipped - we didn't miss anything at all. The sauna is a bit small, more for one person than for two, but that did not bother us. Since we arrived with a baby, we would have liked a baby bed and a high chair in the accommodation. Overall we had a really nice few days :)

The apartment is extremely cleverly laid out, very nicely decorated and fully complies with the description. It looks as pictured. The highlight for us was the integrated sauna. The location is also excellent. A supermarket is within walking distance in about 5 minutes and you are also in the main street of Sellin in a few minutes, where there are plenty of restaurants. The south beach is also very easy to reach. Saskia responded to our messages extremely quickly and also sent us the important information for our stay well in advance. We would like to rebook the apartment if the opportunity arises.
