The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

Wolfers Cottage

Wolfers Cottage is een Tiny House gelegen aan de rand van het bos nabij landgoed Het Zand Hattemer Oldenburger gelegen in de Achterhoek tussen Ruurlo, Zelhem, Halle en Hengelo Gld. De omgeving is rustig en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers met het karakteristieke coulissen landschap met veel afwisseling. De ruime bospaden nodigen uit voor wandelingen en fietstochten naar bijvoorbeeld Ruurlo met het kasteel, waarin het museum voor Modern Realisme MORE is gevestigd met de collectie van Karel Willink.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the beautiful Achterhoek, you will find this special house "wellness Gaanderen" hidden between the meadows. An oasis of peace with panoramic views, large fully fenced garden with barrel sauna, XL Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, heated swimming spa, and a Finnish Grillkota! The house is equipped with two bedrooms, luxury kitchen, full bathroom, washing machine, veranda and a cozy living room with wood burner. A lovely place for 4 to 5 people to enjoy all wellness facilities completely in private.

In the heart of the Achterhoek, between Doetinchem and Gaanderen, lies the Maalderij. Rarely have you slept so well in a factory where there is an atmosphere of the most diligent industry, which goes hand in hand with atmosphere, luxury and tranquility. Comfortable furniture, complete kitchen, large garden, separate seating areas, 3 TVs, wonderful beds, bathrooms with rain showers, bath and toilet and beautiful balcony. Cozy chalet on the Heide Flood estate in the middle of the Achterhoek, surrounded by forest, heath and meadows. This unique chalet for two people is the perfect place to unwind. It is modernly designed and equipped with every every comfort (incl. dishwasher). From the chalet you walk or cycle through the woods to Slangenburg Castle for a delicious cup of coffee. Highly recommend for peace seekers and nature lovers. Doetinchem is 7 km away for cozy shopping and nice restaurants.

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Welcome to our forest cottage, perfect for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Achterhoek. Here you will find everything you need to unwind completely. Located on a small-scale forest park, right on the Pieterpad and Landgoed 't Zand. A 375-hectare nature reserve with mainly forest, interspersed with heath, fens and sandy paths in Zelhem, the Green Heart of the Achterhoek. The perfect base for an adventurous hiking or cycling holiday or just nothing at all.

Fully equipped (climate system, luxuriously equipped kitchen, WiFi) so you can enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

Welcome to Izzy's spacious studio. The stove crackles warmly and the record player plays quiet music. You can relax in the sitting area and unwind. For the evening meal, you can use your own kitchen and dine at the communal table. At nightfall, the canopy bed is ready for you. Close the curtains and enjoy a wonderful night's sleep. The next day, first turn on the wood stove, and the area invites you to a beautiful exploration!

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the tranquility and space of our cozy and spacious guesthouse. Our residence has breathtaking views of the vast fields that surround us. Adjacent is a spacious communal kitchen and meeting space. By renting the meeting room, you can organize a joint activity here. Pets are allowed. The space is wheelchair friendly.

This apartment in a detached house of a peaceful neighbourhood, is just a ten minute walk from the city center. It's located on the first floor and caters for a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The groundfloor offers a room with two single beds, it can be booked additionally only during the weekend or national holidays. The photo's do not do the spacious rooms enough justice.
