muy agradecido, antes de mi no habian referencias (al menos en air bnb) cosa que me hizo pensar. y la verdad me senti en casa desde el dia 1, fede super atento en todo! el lugar muy lindo, el confort (baño, colchon etc) excelente para descansar y sentirte comodo! solo me queda recomendarles las estadia!

This is a great place! I instantly felt at home. It had everything I needed, privacy, views of the beautiful mountains, a very comfortable bed, and 10min walk to the centre of town. Lots of space in the cabin, and Alan allowed me to store my luggage for late checkout. Damian, the reception guy was extremely helpful, I can't thank him enough : )

We couldn't cross the border at 8pm from Argentina into Chile and thus couldn't reach our reserved stay, so we booked with Bautista and Maria (their first booking) and they took us at 9pm! They were very responsive via Whats App despite our spotty service. We were greeted in darkness by our hosts, who spoke English which was very helpful. We were given coffee for our early morning and clear instructions. The beds were comfortable and our hosts went above and beyond to be accommodating. More beds than we saw in the booking were available, which was also convenient. I would recommend these hosts! Give them a try, their hospitality was 10/10.

La publicacion es tal cual en la realidad. Mariana y su mama estaban al pendiente todo el tiempo de lo que necesitabamos, nos asesoraron excelentemente durante la estadia y la verdad que nos hcieron la estadia excelente, Gracias tambien por aceptar nustros perros! son muy importantes para nosotros!, un milloon de gracias, recomiendo totalmente quedarse aca para visitar PN los alerces y alrededores. todo de primera

La estadía fue muy linda, sobre todo por los excelentes anfitriones que nos tocaron!! Silvia y el marido nos recibieron con mucho cariño y nos hicieron sentir como en casa!! El lugar es tal cual como a las fotos, muy lindo, acogedor y super bien equipado! Hasta con recibieron con agua, pan, café, leche y también un dulce de sauco casero hecho por ella que estaba riquísimo! Recomiendo 100% y definitivamente volvería a alojarme!

There was a small hiccup at check in, but I did book the place on the same day. However Ana fixed it quickly and after that the stay was amazing! The location of this cabin is incredible, it is so peaceful and nestled into an amazing natural park. I did not want to leave and will be back! I would highly recommend this home!

Very comfortable large cabins. Well equipped with everything needed for a good stay. A flat comfortable walk into the city (25 minutes ) but an excellent little general shop just 5 blocks away. Rodrigo is very helpful and responds immediatly to e-mail and Whattsapp. A really good place for a quiet relaxing stay but with lots to do and see just a few minutes away.

Al llegar me recibió Milagros, súper atenta, me dio todas las indicaciones generales para la estadía y me mostró el alojamiento, había un dormitorio y su baño preparado para mí, ya que es un alojamiento familiar con mas habitaciones, y me hospedé únicamente yo. Ya desde un principio cuando busqué hospedaje me pareció el más estético de todos los que la plataforma ofrece en la ciudad, es muy lindo, amplio, y está muy bien equipado, desde la cocina con todos los elementos necesarios para cocinar cualquier cosa, hasta la ropa de cama súper cómoda. En la cama dormí más que bien, y las duchas fueron perfectas en cuanto a temperatura y cantidad o presión de agua. Fue un perfecto lugar de descanso y volvería. Gracias!
