Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Fuorigrotta, Naples

Very central location, super close to everything and easy to get to from the station. I booked it with my cousin and I would say it is more suited to a couple as the place leans more ‘romantic’ but still a great place to stay for good value in the heart of napoli. Would recommend!

Dario was an excellent host and the apartment was cozy and great for a 5-day stay. Avvocata is an amazing neighborhood (if you don't mind climbing walking uphill or downhill in Naples), full of history and close to parks, museums, metro stations and Pignasecca market.

Our hosts were so helpful. The day we arrived was a big celebration in Naples and many roads were closed. We were forewarned by our hosts who offered us so much helpful advice on how to navigate our way in to the city and went out of their way to greet us when we arrived. This is a lovely, relatively quiet part of Naples to stay in. A short walk up the road takes you to a spectacular view of the Bay of Naples. A great, central spot.

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful house, perfectly clean and well equipped with a bathroom for each bedroom. The location is stunning and has amazing views. Roberta and Carlo are extremely friendly, kind and generous hosts, always responsive when needed. The terrace is a lovely place to eat and relax, and the house is walking distance to restaurants, bars and beaches. There’s a supermarket and bakery very close by. There’s also a tortoise in the garden. All in all it’s great value for the location, and exceeded expectations. Five stars all round!

We only stayed 1 night, extremely close to the airport. Mattress was quite firm but we were so tired from travelling it didn’t matter. lots of extra bedding and place was as described!

Fantastic, friendly host that was very helpful throughout our stay and communication was excellent through the whole process. The accommodation was as described and had all the amenities for a very comfortable and relaxed stay. The location is great; we had a late arrival but only had a handful of meters to walk where we were warmly greated by the hosts family member; fabulous restaurants, beaches, transport options all within minutes of the accommodation. Would highly recommend staying here and visiting the island of Ischia!

A fantastic base to explore Naples and the surrounding area. Incredibly thoughtful, kind hosts. My young family enjoyed every moment. Having breakfast on the beautiful terrace was a real highlight! Thank you for a super stay!

L'appartement de Fabrizio est conforme aux photos, très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons tout fait à pieds depuis l'appartement, qui est proche de la gare et de la vieille ville de Naples, mais aussi accessible très rapidement par les bus de ville depuis l'aéroport. Fabrizio a été très réactif par message, nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec efficacité et des recommandations sur la ville. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Giampiero est un hôte très agréable, très accueillant et très disponible ! Nous avons ete très bien renseigné par Giampiero avant et pendant notre séjour. Le logement est très agréable et avec de nombreux commerces à proximité ! Nous aurons plaisir à revenir !

This is a wonderful apartment. It has the most fantastic views over the Bay of Naples - several of the balconies have the amazing views over the sea. It’s in Posillipo which is a great neighbourhood with a bakery next door and KE Bar in the square is really welcoming and good value and two Gelateria a minutes walk away . Pat has a colleague Clemy who was really helpful in organising taxis and recommending places. We wanted to see Picinisco in the Abruzzo National Park and the only way is by car from Cassino. She was able to find a driver and it went really smoothly. Everything from the showers to the washing machine and TV work perfectly. Both Pat and Clemy were very responsive - and nothing was ever too much trouble. I highly recommend- and miss it already!

We had an exceptional stay - Francesco is definitely the best host ever! The apartment is located in the Mergellina neighborhood, which is super quiet, clean and residential. The metro is a 2-minute walk , but it's also super easy to get to the city center on foot within 20 to 25 minutes. The apartment is on the seventh floor, with an elevator, and has a fantastic view. There is a small fridge in the room, which is great for storing drinks, and there are several options of cafés for an excellent breakfast. We recommend Di Pinto's Bakery or Carraturo (to try the famous Sfogliatella). We will definitely recommend this apartment (and Francesco!) to our friends. :)

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions. He gave us a heads up with a taxi strike happening on the day of our arrival to prepare us. He gave us specific instructions on how to get to his place from the airport utilizing the Allibus. He was flexible with our check-in/check-out. He also had snacks for us upon arrival. We stayed in 3 separate Airbnbs on our trip and we got the best sleep here. The place was beautiful and great location. His home had such character and matched the pictures. You felt the historical charm yet the bathrooms had a modern feel with large walk-in showers with great water pressure. The seaside was right at the corner with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within just a minute or two walking distance. This was our favorite stop of our trip. Great find to get out of the hustle and bustle of central Naples. Located 3 mins from Napoli’s version of a cable car. Beautiful views from the apartment window.

Lovely apartment with all amenities one needed Luigi was a great host and provided information as needed and met us at apartment and helped with luggage There are a few stairs to navigate so this was helpful Very hot in Naples which meant we could not use the beautiful outside balcony until after dark It is also worth mentioning that it is on the flight path for airport and planes start overhead around 0600 Minimal restaurants around so a fair walk to dinner

The real pluses about this place are the location in Vomero, in a Maison di Epoca, with an enormous bedroom, and a beautiful view. It is quiet at night and the birdsong was lovely. The bed was firm but comfortable. We hardly used the kitchen. Annamaria gave us great restaurant recommendations - we particularly enjoyed Paccero. She was very helpful on a number of occasions and loaned us a full size iron and ironing board, as well as ordering us a taxi on departure. We arrived to a bit of a problem which required a replacement boiler. We were impressed that this was addressed overnight - much faster than it would have happened in our city! We were then able to relax and the shower is great! A little bit of investment would make this apartment more boutique, but we did really enjoy our stay here!

Nous avons passé un agréable long séjour d’un mois chez Paola. Son appartement est confortable, agréable à vivre et parfaitement situé : à quelques mètres du lungomare et très bien desservi par les transports. Que dire de Paola et de son mari ? Toujours disponibles, chaleureux et prêts à aider à tout moment. Leur gentillesse a vraiment marqué notre séjour. Sans oublier la magnifique terrasse, un vrai plus ! Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

The space was beautifully decorated — every little detail was thoughtfully chosen and so charming. It had such a cozy, stylish vibe that made relaxing after a day of exploring Naples even better. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience.

Le logement est très bien situé et facile à trouver. Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. Raphaëlle répond très vite et est très convivial. Nous étions près des prises en charge pour les excursions. Très bon choix !

Perfect location for enjoying the restaurants, bars, and sights of Napoli. Also highly recommend if you're thinking about day trips to Ischia, Procida, and Capri...the ferry port/marina is only 10 minute walk from the apartment. And while the location is the 'middle of it all', the architecture of the building keeps it quiet at night...you'll barely notice you're in the center of Napoli. Also, the view from the balcony is incredible and such a wonderful way to either enjoy sunrise, or the evening light at sunset hitting Vesuvius.

Prachtig appartement! Houd er rekening mee dat je wel wat trappen naar beneden moet lopen om naar Via Chiaia te gaan. En dat je weer terug omhoog moet met de trappen. Zorg dat je een taxi boekt om met je koffers erheen te gaan. Appartement is mooi licht met prachtige tegels. Hele fijne keuken die we hebben gebruikt en lekker bed. Heel gezellig ingericht. We hebben het er heel fijn gehad samen!!

Wow! I have never met a more friendly host. Francesca was so welcoming and helpful...she went out of her way to help us. Her place is sooo beautiful and had eveything you could need. If you can, stay a bit longer and really make use of the beautiful terrace. We had breakfast every morning and a night cap each night to make the most if it. I will be back to Naples if only to stay there again. A real gem 💎
