Looking for a cozy home in Svendborg full of soul and charm?! Then look no further. This home has coziness, soul, and charm. The hostess, Louise, goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home and at ease. She comes with great tips and advice if needed. She's quick to respond when there's something you're not sure about. She seems like a warm and empathetic hostess. For example, upon our arrival, she had also left us chocolate and delicious Funen apple juice. It was a lovely surprise. In general, you feel very welcome in Louise's place. It's a lovely place for families with children, as there are toys - including Lego - inside that children can play with. Outside there is a large lovely garden - shared with the neighbors - where there is a cave in a tree and small cozy nooks. It's also a big plus that the home is close to pretty much everything - the pedestrian street, train station, and harbor. A lot of places are therefore within walking distance. For that reason, you do not need to use a car to get around inside Svendborg city. It's much easier to get around on foot or bike (if you bring it). Parking close to the home can be a small challenge-especially during the high season when there are many tourists in Svendborg. Luckily, we were able to find a parking spot where we first held a little somewhere (due to a time limit) and then had the opportunity to move the car closer to Louise's home. My recommendation would therefore be: Only use the car if you are going outside Svendborg and visit other cities. As previously mentioned, it's easier to bike or get around on foot from Louise's address. All in all, a really nice place with an excellent hostess who wants to make you feel comfortable in her home.

We loved the hous and garden. It was spacious and clean. The supermarket was only 7 minutes away (walking). The communication went smooth. Perfect location to see some from this part of Denmark, we did everyday one other trip.

We have really felt welcome here. We had 3 wonderful weeks in Hedensted😊The house was so nice and homey😊 Great outdoor area with many amenities, which was easy to keep in order. It had everything you need on vacation with children. It was great with several seating areas, sun loungers, hammock and barbecue. There were varied outdoor toys for children. The outdoor area was sheltered, but at the same time with a good overview from the kitchen so you can cook while the kids are playing. There was a bike so we could bike to the store nearby, incredibly convenient so you don't have to bring home😊 The house has better beds than in hotels👍 Cozy cafe was close by with good food, games, blankets and trampoline. If you have a birthday, you eat there for free😊 Cozy neighbors and neighborhoods😊 nearby are shopping center in Vejle with 2 hours of free parking. 30 minutes away by car we found Juelsminde with super sandy beach, cafes by the harbor with great food and a large playground! Communication with the landlord was incredibly pleasant from start to finish😊

Inge and Wilhelm were gracious hosts and helped us to find a local historian (who was very helpful). We came to find information regarding my grandparents and were very successful. Thank you for giving us a memorable experience.

we had a great stay at Thomas's place the location was perfect, house was so friendly and welcoming. he was generous with the supplies and that allowed us to feel right at home. we really loved it!

nice cozy house in the middle of Odense, totally nice communication, little terrace outside. Close to the Trainline, but that was ok and not disturbing for me.

The home and yard are lovely! Great location too. Recommend renting a bike and exploring the beautiful island.

It's a really nice house, been there twice this year. The location, the house, the decor, everything is top notch. We really enjoyed it with daughter, son-in-law and two dogs.

Thea's place was wonderful! It was incredibly cozy and had all the necessary kitchen appliances we needed. There was plenty of space for all five of us, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The location was easy to find, and Thea was very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Kalundborg is a super cozy town, beautiful surroundings, lots of history, cozy house with lots of charm and history. It lived up to his description and to the photos. we felt welcome , bright and delicious decor , felt we had come to a delicious hotel and he had put out delicious wine. folder with all the information we needed. we were very satisfied ☺️

Wonderful house with a lovely patio and a great location centrally located in Svendborg

We stayed with Nadja and Casper with our four children during the fall holidays. The place is in the middle of the old town. It's a stone's throw to the harbor. There are many activities for the children. You can easily walk to shopping. We had a wonderful, relaxing short break on Ærø and will definitely be back.

A really cozy little home. Perfect for two. The car was room for on the harbor, 2 min walk from the home. We could leave the bikes right nearby. We would love to visit Ærø and this home again.

A lovely house to vacation in and everything was in the most beautiful order. The house is very central and within walking distance to the city center. The host couple lives in the front house and was very accommodating. A place we'd love to come back to if we're going to Svendborg

We, an older couple and our daughter, had a lovely few days in David's well-equipped and cozy house in Marstal. Everything worked fine and we immediately felt at home. Great location centrally located in the city and close to the harbor, in very quiet street. Perfect with the private parking lot and daughter's car could easily hold on the street. As others have mentioned, the stairs to the 1st floor are steep, so you don't have to be difficult to walk. We enjoyed the sight of the tastefully decorated courtyard. We didn't meet David, but all communication went quickly and efficiently. We can only recommend the place.

We were there for 3 days. It was all there and we immediately felt at home. Communication with Thomas was good and answers always came quickly.

The stay at Ellen's charming townhouse has been just perfect! Very central location (on quiet side street) and high clean standard. Ellen is a super friendly host.
