New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Forest, beach and good hills

A 96 m2 retreat, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as neighbors. In the garden, there is a small cozy fireplace and shelter with 3-4 sleeping places. We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from a lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbor, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and cycling. The Øhavsstien trail starts at Falsled Harbor.

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.

Breathtaking beach house [outstanding ocean view]

- beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.
