Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

Eine wunderschöne alleinstehende Villa in einem privaten Ferienhauskomplex mit mehreren Terrassen und atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer zu allen Seiten. Bei gutem Wetter kann man bis nach Korsika gucken und hat den Sonnenuntergang direkt vor sich über dem Meer. Sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne Strände in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Vor Ort ein sehr freundlicher Empfang und mit dem Gastgeber Alessandro eine sehr gute und reibungslose Kommunikation. Wir haben unsere Zeit mit unseren 3 Kindern dort sehr genossen! Ein toller Familien-Ort!

Das Haus besticht durch die wundervolle Terrasse mit ungestörten Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und funktional. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr hilfreich.

An authentic holiday stay in a relaxed and comfortable place. A very responsive and welcoming host Martina and her delightful parents who met us , waved us off , and cleaned the pool . The pool and outdoors was priceless in terms of enjoyment. Surrounded by beautiful views and nature.. pure joy!!! The local beach is in walking distance but obviously a car is required to explore. Overall a perfect holiday experience if you’re looking for a quiet and memorable stay Thank you again Martina for sharing your place with us in a special way.

Peaceful place with few shops and restaurants but that was an advantage as it didnt feel too crowded. House was good with great facilities in kichen, outside etc. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Thankyou Giuseppe

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa Anita. Das Haus ist landestypisch eingerichtet, sauber, sehr gepflegt und es hat alles was man braucht. Die fantastische Aussicht zum Meer ist das Highlight. Die Gegend ist ruhig und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Die Gastgeber Leonardo / Annalisa waren immer sehr gut erreichbar und haben auf Fragen schnell reagiert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Ort.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la belle maison de Delphine. L’espace extérieur est très agréable à vivre. Une maison très bien équipée et bien décorée où il fait bon vivre. Idéalement située prêt de Bonifacio et de la très belle plage sauvage de Balistra. Merci à Delphine et à Véronique pour leur réactivité.

Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

Extremely great hosts. Antonella and Claudia helped with our first big shop. Really appreciated that. Very responsive when we reported a breakage we noted on arrival. Checked in with us at regular intervals to ensure that we were having a comfortable stay. An electric kettle would have been good as opposed to a stove top one but we did manage fine. Highly recommended

Great comfortable house, it’s well located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is 5 minutes driving away from the center of Bonifacio . The house has everything to relax. Great friendly host , Thomas checked on us couple times to make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend it

A magic little oasis. Truly paradise. Quiet and private. Our family of four was plenty happy here. We had more than enough room, enjoyed pool swims, movie nights, and cooking in the kitchen. You definitely need a car of at least a bike to get to the near beaches and restaurants, but that wasn’t an issue. It gave the home a tucked away feel. There is a small supermarket a 10 minute walk away and another one 10 minutes in the car. We enjoyed watching the swallows and dragonflys soar across the yard in the evenings. We would definitely recommend the villa for your stay in Stintino, and would stay here again. As a plus, the lockbox was super simple for a smooth check in and Marianna was always on call for any questions I had. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for our peaceful and much needed vacation!

Das Haus war wunderschön eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Genau dieses Gefühl hat Franck einem auch gegeben. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, war sehr zuvorkommend und immer für uns erreichbar. Sollten wir wieder nach Korsika kommen, werden wir wieder bei Franck übernachten. Es war wunderbar!

Very nice villa with a nice sea-view - especially from the “aperol spritz corner” on top of the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and surrounded by some houses and beautiful nature. Because of the big Rock in the backyard the pool area of the villa is very secluded from the outside and other neighbours. The inside of the villa has a very homey and cozy feel to it. Everything was like described and shown in the pictures. The communication with the host (in our case Mariacarla) was very quick and friendly. We had a lovely time and can recommend this villa.

Die Villa mit ihrer grossartigen Lage und dem Blick aufs Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenaufgängen und der künstlerischen Innenausstattung hat unsere Ferien auf Sardinien zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Der tiefe Pool mit immer frischem Wasser und die Aussendusche mit Weitblick haben unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Wir kommen wieder!

Lovely setting with views over the sea to the front, and hills at the back. We enjoyed the terrace. Peaceful location and friendly donkeys in the field nextdoor. Roberto met us to guide us to the home. Located centrally to explore the coast. If we were in this area again we would stay here again. Thanks Roberto.

Wir hatten einen unfassbar schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Norman hat von Anfang bis zum Ende unserer Woche dort, alles für uns getan, organisiert und war bei Fragen sehr schnell verfügbar. Es ist sehr sauber, schön ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Der wundervolle Garten mit dem großen Pool machen die Unterkunft perfekt. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder.

Von Anfang an haben wir uns bei Maria und Stefano wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Check-In war früher, wie an sich vereinbart, möglich. Die beiden haben immer ein großes Interesse daran gehabt zu wissen, ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind. Von diversen Empfehlungen für Restaurants bis zu den Tipps, wie wir an welche Strände gelangen, auf Wunsch standen uns beide stets zur Seite. Besonders toll ist, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat und alle Schlafräume mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. Ausserdem eine offene Küche mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheit innen UND außen auf der schattigen Terrasse. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich wie in einem botanischen Garten. Das Anwesen liegt nah an einer zentralen Verkehrsanbindung, ist aber absolut ruhig, man wohnt mitten in einer riesigen Villen- bzw. Gartenanlage. Kurzum, es bleiben kaum Wünsche für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub übrig. Ein toller Familienurlaub mit den Kindern. Mille Grazie a Maria e Stefano.

We spent a week at the villa and thoroughly enjoyed our days with our three children (8, 6 & 4) at the pool, in the garden and at the nearby sea. Maria is a super host! She responded immediately and kindly to any concerns we had. The only slight downside is that waste disposal is a bit complicated, but manageable. If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely book this house once more 😉

La maison de Mark est très jolie, les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée. La piscine est grande et agréable. Mark a été très réactif à chacune de mes questions. La maison n'étant pas occupée après et notre vol étant le soir, nous avons pu partir dans l'après-midi et profiter de la piscine jusqu'au dernier moment. Je recommande sans hésiter la maison de Mark.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour entre amies chez Elodie. Le logement est hyper équipé, d’une propreté irréprochable et joliment décoré. Sa situation est idéale pour visiter le sud de la Corse. La villa est également toute proche de l’aéroport de Figari. La maison et ses extérieurs sont juste « waouh » ! Nous nous sommes vraiment sentie bien et nous rentrons avec de magnifiques souvenirs. Élodie est très réactive aux messages et nous la remercions encore pour les petits présents à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Villa magnifique, calme, lumineuse et propre. Nous étions 10 personnes et nous nous sommes pas montées sur les pieds. La piscine chauffée très agréable avec les différents salons. Situation idéale proche de Bonifacio. Chantal est à l écoute à nos questions et à nos demandes supplémentaires🤗. Véronique nous a accueillie avec gentillesse et a répondu à nos demandes. Super schöne ruhige Unterkunft mitten in der Natur. Das Haus ist super, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Es entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen.
