This facility was opened in July 2018 as a private lodging facility where the owner lives in a renovated old house. Please stay as if you were at your aunt's house in the countryside. The building was renovated by volunteers mainly from Itoshima, and about half of the renovation was done by DIY, so we would love to have many people stay here. Located in the center of the Itoshima area, you can access the sea by car, Futami Bay Sea Side Line, the mountains, Raizan Kannon, and Shiraito Falls. There is also JA's direct sales shop "Ito Nasa" nearby, which is the largest in Japan, so please purchase fresh ingredients from Itoshima and enjoy a BBQ at the inn!! Building: It consists of a main house and a separate house with a courtyard in between. Niwa House is a small renovated 2 bdrm house, part of our 4 fully renovated Japanese houses (OKO, Casa Kura & Gallery House) Rear wooden deck onto a Japanese garden. Modern bathroom. Dining and living space with open fully equipped kitchen; WiFi, 50" smart TV with BBC and CNN; library of craft and art books; large collection of antique Japanese pottery and lacquer-ware.
